Clinical Effectiveness Assessment of VeriStrat® Testing and Validation of Immunotherapy Tests in NSCLC Subjects

The purpose of this study is to collect information about how a doctor uses the results of the VeriStrat® blood test to guide treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Understanding how VeriStrat test results influence doctors' decisions and patients' outcomes may help doctors to better treat NSCLC in the future. This study will also look to establish whether new investigational tests can help better predict the effectiveness of certain medications for certain patients. These new investigational tests are only for research purposes at this time.

The purpose of this study is to test the ability of a breast MRI biopsy to accurately diagnose a complete tumor response to the neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) that the patient just finished. Numerous studies have shown that MRI has the highest accuracy for diagnosing a complete tumor response. The investigator wants to see if in a certain group of women who's breast cancer is no longer visible on the post-treatment MRI that the biopsy specimens from a MRI guided biopsy will accurately diagnose a complete tumor response to treatment which may in the future make breast surgery unnecessary in some women.

A Study of Enfortumab Vedotin Alone or With Other Therapies for Treatment of Urothelial Cancer

This study will test an experimental drug (enfortumab vedotin) alone and with different combinations of anticancer therapies. Pembrolizumab is an immune checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) that is used to treat patients with cancer of the urinary system (urothelial cancer). This type of cancer includes cancer of the bladder, renal pelvis, ureter or urethra. Some parts of the study will look at locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer (la/mUC), which means the cancer has spread to nearby tissues or to other areas of the body. Other parts of the study will look at muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC), which is cancer at an earlier stage that has spread into the muscle wall of the bladder. This study will look at the side effects of enfortumab vedotin alone and with other anticancer therapies. A side effect is a response to a drug that is not part of the treatment effect. This study will also test if the cancer shrinks with the different treatment combinations.

Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage With Tranexamic Acid

Postpartum hemorrhage is a significant contributor to maternal morbidity and mortality and is worldwide. TXA has recently been proven to reduce mortality when given to women in setting of diagnosed PPH. US obstetricians and anesthesiologists are hesitant to use TXA in the peripartum period especially for prevention of PPH due to uncertainty of an optimal dose and safety profile. The purpose of this study is to characterize the pharmacokinetics of TXA when given prophylactically at time of delivery. In addition investigators will determine the pharmacodynamics of TXA in the peripartum period.
