Pharmacogenomics IND EXEMPT SNP Clinical Study - Alectinib and Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms

Drugs-SNPs
Start date: March 8, 2024
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Explore the relationship between drug target ALK gene single nucleotide polymorphisms and ALECENSA - Alectinib therapeutic-effects in patients with non-small cell lung cancer, based on Oxford precisely sequencing drug targets' genes. Explore the relationship between drug target CYP4503A4 gene single nucleotide polymorphisms and ALECENSA - Alectinib side-effects in patients with non-small cell lung cancer, based on Oxford precisely sequencing drug targets' genes.

NCT ID: NCT05987917 Completed - Wrinkle Clinical Trials

Clinical and Histological Evaluation of BTL-785F Non-invasive Treatment for Facial Rejuvenation

Start date: January 25, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and the performance of the BTL-785-2 applicator of the BTL-785F system for non-invasive treatment of facial wrinkles and correcting facial skin laxity.

NCT ID: NCT05987852 Recruiting - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Ulcerative Colitis

HBOT-UC
Start date: January 9, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Chronic intestinal hypoxia and accompanying mucosal inflammation is a hallmark of ulcerative colitis (UC). Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) involves breathing 100% oxygen under increased atmospheric pressure to increase tissue oxygenation. Two small prospective randomized controlled trials have demonstrated that the delivery of HBOT to UC patients hospitalized for acute moderate to severe flares results in improved remission rates and avoidance of in-hospital progression to biologics, small molecules, or colectomy. In this larger trial the study aims to confirm the treatment benefits of HBOT for hospitalized UC patients and study the immune-microbe mechanisms underpinning treatment response.

NCT ID: NCT05987813 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders

Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation (TENS) for Vagal Modulation

Start date: October 18, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is to determine if the auricular microstimulator produces the expected increase in HRV.

NCT ID: NCT05987774 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Autism Spectrum Disorder

Improving Social Communication in Individuals With ASD Using AI

Start date: October 15, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to identify whether researched and commonly used face-to-face interventions can be effectively implemented through artificial intelligence (AI) using an application on the phone or computer. The investigators plan to recruit verbal individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder who demonstrate challenges with socialization. Modules focusing on various difficulties experienced by autistic individuals will provide practice and feedback using voice recognition and feedback. If effective, this intervention can be scaled up to provide cost-effective accessible assistance to individuals, particularly those who do not have access to care or prefer to secure services in the comfort of their own homes.

NCT ID: NCT05987761 Recruiting - Autism Clinical Trials

PRT for Adolescents With High Functioning Autism

Start date: September 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to identify improvement in behavioral and social function and changes in the brain following Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) for Adolescents in highly verbal adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

NCT ID: NCT05987709 Completed - Colon Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of Colorectal Cancer Screening Options

Start date: March 17, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The investigators propose to evaluate Guardant Health's commercially available colorectal cancer screening assay(Guardant SHIELD) in individuals who are not up to date with CRC screening.

NCT ID: NCT05987644 Recruiting - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

Delayed or Upfront Brain RAdiotherapy in Treatment naïve Lung Cancer Patients With Asymptomatic or Minimally Symptomatic Brain Metastases and ALK rEarrangements

DURABLE
Start date: March 7, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will consist of a Phase 1b and Phase 2 portion. The Phase 1b portion will enroll first followed by the Phase 2 portion. Each cycle of treatment = 28 days. Subjects will receive alectinib twice daily. Those in the Phase 1b portion will receive alectinib alone. Those in Phase 2 Arm A will receive alectinib alone. Those in Phase 2, Arm B will receive SRS + alectinib. A maximum of 25 cycles (2 years) of alectinib may be administered on study.

NCT ID: NCT05987592 Not yet recruiting - Migraine Clinical Trials

BE WELL With Migraine: Brain Education and WELLness With Migraine

Start date: June 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to evaluate two different non-drug, virtual treatment options designed to improve the lives of patients with migraine. Both interventions involve 8 weekly sessions and an online platform with additional content and learning. Participants can stay on all their medications during this study.
