The purpose of this phase 3 multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled rollover study is to evaluate the safety and long-term immunogenicity of PXVX0317 in adult and adolescent participants and to evaluate PXVX0317 booster vaccine induced serum neutralizing antibody (SNA) response at 3, 4, or 5 years post-initial PXVX0317 vaccination.

The primary purpose for this study is to support the hypothesis (pilot data) that the use of the CPM system reduces the rate of HF related events and the related healthcare cost. The study will also measure the impact on quality of care and patient satisfaction. In order to support the primary objective, the study will compare the outcomes and costs for patients using the CPM system against those who are not. This can either be done using institutions averages, if available, or through a control group.

Clinical Data Collection Study Using CPM System

This study will assess the deployment of the ADI CPM System in a home setting and determine the interoperability of the CPM System within existing care pathways for HF patients. Clinicians will be blinded to CPM generated data and acquired physiologic data will not be used in clinical decision-making. After conclusion of this phase, a retrospective review of CPM System-acquired data will be compared with changes in treatment and HF events. This retrospective review will inform the subsequent design of the interventional study that is planned. Study participation for each patient will last for six months inclusive of 5 months of daily CPM monitoring followed by 30 days of observation for HF-related events. The additional 30 days of medical record observation is intended to capture any events that might correspond to predictions made during the final weeks of CPM monitoring.

Retraining and Control Therapy (ReACT) R33 Phase

The purpose of this study is to assess sense of control and catastrophic symptom expectations as targets for Retraining and Control Therapy (ReACT- an intervention focused on changing behaviors and thoughts) for treatment of pediatric psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES, episodes resembling epileptic seizures but with no correlated epileptiform activity). 11-18-year-olds diagnosed with PNES will engage in twelve sessions of either ReACT or supportive therapy. Sense of control over actions will be measured by the magic and turbulence task, a well-validated measure of sense of control. Participants will complete the cold pressor test (CPT) in which participants hold their hand in cool water for as long as possible up to 3 minutes. Catastrophic symptom expectations in response to the CPT will be measured by Pain Catastrophizing Scale for Children (PCS-C), pain tolerance (time with hand in water) and cortisol response. Target assessments occur 7 days before treatment, 7 days after 12th treatment session, and 2 months after the 12th treatment session. Long term follow-up assessments will occur 6 months and 12 months after the 12th treatment session. PNES frequency will be measured from 30 days before to 12 months after treatment.

Evaluation of Radiobiological Effects in Skin Toxicities for Breast Cancer Patients With Pencil Beam Scanning Proton Therapy

This purpose of this study is to examine skin reactions (called radiation dermatitis) that occur during pencil beam scanning (PBS) proton therapy. The researchers will test a unique technique called "Spot Delete" to see if it can reduce skin reactions for breast patients treated with PBS. They will also use a special computer model to study how the energy of the proton beam (linear energy transfer) is related to these skin reactions. The study involves creating a treatment plan based on a CT scan, which helps guide the proton beam in the body. The clinical team uses this CT scan to find the best placement for the protons. The "Spot Delete" method prevents protons from stopping in the skin, which is thought to cause skin redness.
