This study aims to evaluate two ways to help people re-engage with healthcare. The first is to assess if providing HIV treatment on the first visit (or within 1 week) can help people re-engage with care and ultimately stay in care after 24 and 48 weeks. It will also assess the success of starting treatment immediately by measuring the HIV virus in people's bloodstream after 24 and 48 weeks. The second part of this study is to assess a new behavioral treatment called 60-Minutes-for-Health which aims to help people identify and overcome barriers to HIV care, to help with motivation maintaining in care, to help cope with negative feelings about HIV, and to help increase self-reliance in seeking healthcare amid other things that are happening in your life.

The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of an intervention among home health aides caring for adults admitted to home care with a primary diagnosis of heart failure at VNS Health Partners in Care (home care agency). The study will examine the interventions' effect on home health aides' heart failure knowledge and confidence caring for adults with heart failure, as well as on the client's overall health (visits to the emergency department and hospital readmissions).
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the effectiveness of "RehaCom," a computerized treatment for memory deficits, in a 16-session, interactive course. Following a manualized approach, the Rehacom modules will be used for the repeated application of the content acquired during 1-on-1 memory strategy training. The goal is to improve face/name, list and verbal memory of patients who survived a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury.

The primary aim of this pilot randomized controlled trial is to determine if the integration of a Community Health Worker (CHW) into the healthcare team of children with newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes is associated with an improvement in diabetes control. The secondary objectives are to determine if utilization of CHWs is also associated with improvements in psychosocial outcomes, healthcare utilization, and decreased costs.
The study's purpose is to see if the drug, abemaciclib, is safe and effective when given with other drugs to kill cancer cells. The study is open to children and young adults with solid tumors, including neuroblastoma, that did not respond or grew during other anti-cancer treatment. For each participant, the study is estimated to last up to 2 years.
