There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This FTIH study aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability and PK of the novel investigational Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-1 capsid inhibitor VH4004280 in healthy adults. The study will be conducted in 3 parts: Part 1 will investigate single ascending doses (SAD), Part 2 will investigate multiple ascending doses and drug-drug interaction (MAD/MAD DDI) Part 3 will investigate single dose relative bioavailability (RBA) of a new formulation of VH4004280.

Restoring the physiologic tension of the abdominal wall is a key concept in abdominal wall reconstruction. Yet little is known quantitatively about the normal tension of the abdominal wall. To better understand the ideal tension for abdominal wall reconstruction, the physiologic tension of the abdominal wall needs to be measured. This study aims to measure the tension of the abdominal wall during laparotomy closure.
The aim of this clinical study is to provide information about the variability of the intraocular pressure (IOP) self-measurements with the iCare HOME2 tonometer in comparison to the variability of the IOP measurements with the reference tonometer (iCare IC200), over a wide range of IOP values.
To evaluate the safety and durability of the TheraNova Neuromodulation System in overactive bladder (OAB) patients.
The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of Solarplast treatment on measures of oxidative stress, immune function, skin appearance, and associated measures in 60 men and women, consisting of both cigarette smokers and nonsmokers. The hypothesis is that the Solarplast treatment will reduce oxidative stress biomarkers and favorably impact immune measures and both perceived and quantifiable measures of skin health, in both smokers and non-smokers, with a greater impact observed in smokers. Photographic analyses like the Pear Plus 3D system have been developed for clinical use for monitoring skin health.
