The primary purpose of this study is to determine safety, feasibility, and the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD)/Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of CD22 Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell Therapy (CART) cells when administered 28 to 42 days after an infusion of a commercial CAR called Tisagenlecleucel, to children and young adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell leukemia.

The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate the effects of early initiation of double low-dose aspirin in pregnant women. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does this dose and timing of aspirin reduce the risk of pre-eclampsia compared to standard recommendations? Does this dose and timing of aspirin reduce the risk of pregnancy loss compared to standard recommendations? Participants will begin taking at no later than 6 weeks 6 days gestational age, either 162mg of aspirin through delivery or placebo until 12 weeks and then 81mg of aspirin through delivery.

This is a multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel, Phase 3 study for treatment of participants aged 12 years and older diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The main objective of this study is to evaluate if those participants who received amlitelimab dose 1 in the parent studies (EFC17559 [COAST-1], EFC17560 [COAST 2], EFC17561 [SHORE]) and were responders can maintain their response either remaining at dose 1 or switching to dose 2 of amlitelimab compared to treatment withdrawal. Study details include: The study duration will be up to 64 weeks (for participants not entering the LTS17367 [RIVER-AD] study) including a 48-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up. The study duration will be up to 48 weeks for participants entering the LTS17367 [RIVER-AD] study at the Week 48 visit of EFC17600 (ESTUARY). The total treatment duration will be up to 48 weeks. The total number of visits will be up to 14 visits (or 13 visits for those entering LTS17367 [RIVER-AD] study).

A Study of Psilocybin for PTSD

The proposed open-label, controlled study at the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research (CPCR) will test the following primary hypotheses in adult patients with chronic PTSD who are currently taking a serotonin reuptake inhibitor: psilocybin therapy will be feasible and safe for participants, significantly remediate PTSD symptoms, and enhance wellbeing and quality of life. In addition, the study will examine whether elements of evidence-based trauma-focused psychotherapy enhance treatment response when paired with psilocybin.

Ultrasound Findings in Diabetic Pregnancies

The goal of our study is to identify ultrasonographic markers that can predict adverse neonatal outcomes. Specifically, we hypothesize that an increase in fetal liver volumes will increase transcutaneous bilirubin (TcB) in the newborn and thus jaundice requiring phototherapy. This information can be used in patient counseling and to guide future screening protocols for ultrasound in individuals with diabetes.

Duration of Physical Inactivity and Postprandial Lipid Metabolism

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of different periods of physical inactivity on postprandial lipid metabolism in the morning after exercise by measuring plasma triglyceride levels and fat oxidation (burning). The study is a crossover intervention with all healthy participants performing three trials varying in length of physical inactive (4 hours, 8 hours, and 12 hours). All trials include a physical activity control phase (>8,500 steps/24hr), a physical inactive phase, a moderate intensity cycling session, and a high-fat tolerance test.

Detection of Vocal Fold Motion Impairment on Noninvasive Positive Pressure

The goal of this prospective, observational study is to evaluate for the presence of vocal fold motion impairment (VFMI) in the children admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit on noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIV PPV). Participants will have two ultrasounds of their vocal folds performed, once while on NIV PPV and once after weaned off of the NIV PPV. This results of these scans will be reviewed against one another and against the gold standard, fiberoptic nasolaryngoscopy (FNL). The main question this study aims to answer is: Can POCUS be used to reliably detect VFMI while pediatric patients on supported with NIV PPV?

The investigators are conducting a trial that evaluates the feasibility of telehealth group pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), with no comparison group, for the treatment of chronic back pain in a population of veterans. PRT is a psychotherapy for chronic pain that aims to help patients reconceptualize their pain as a non-dangerous signal. It has been shown to be effective in a previous RCT (n=151).
