There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
RADIANCE CAP is a non-randomized study designed to allow for continued access to ultrasound renal denervation therapy via the Paradise System, and to allow for the on-going collection of safety and effectiveness data in subjects with uncontrolled hypertension despite the prescription of antihypertensive medications.
This phase II trial investigates the effects of sintilimab in treating patients with undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced), spread to other places in the body (metastatic), come back (recurrent), or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as sintilimab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
This phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of aurora A kinase inhibitor LY3295668 when given together with osimertinib in patients with EGFR-mutant non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced or metastatic). Aurora A kinase inhibitor LY3295668 and osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving aurora A kinase inhibitor LY3295668 in combination with osimertinib may help control EGFR-mutant non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
This study is being done to see if a combination of 2 medicines (called NNC0194-0499 and semaglutide) can reduce liver damage in patients with non alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). NNC0194-0499 is a new medicine which works in the liver. Semaglutide is a well-known medicine, which is already used by doctors to treat type 2 diabetes in many countries. It also helps with weight loss and may reduce liver damage, and so prevent future liver complications. It works in a different way to NNC0194 0499. The 2 medicines may work better together than on their own. The study will also look at a combination of semaglutide and another weight-loss medicine called NNC0174-0833, which may be another treatment option for NASH. Each week, participants will get 2 injections. These could be 2 of the 3 medicines OR 1 of the medicines and a placebo OR 2 placebo injections. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. A placebo is a dummy medicine which looks like the real medicine but doesn't contain any active medicine. The study will last for about 19 months. Participants will have 14 clinic visits and 9 phone calls with the study doctor. Participants will have 1 or 2 liver biopsies (tiny pieces of liver tissue) - one at the start (if participants have not had a biopsy recently) and one at the end of the study treatment. Women: Women cannot take part if pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to become pregnant during the study period.
Single-center, prospective, open-label study. The study aims to assess the structure and viability of fat collected during the LipoLife liposuction procedure
This is a randomized study evaluating the effects of early intensive vitamin D supplementation compared to standard of care vitamin D supplementation on bone health over an 18 month period.
The HIV Center for Clinical and Behavioral Studies, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Alliance for Positive Change will test two healthcare models that integrate PrEP into OBGYN services. Model 1 is OBGYN-PrEP with 4 parts: (1) prioritize PrEP; (2) train providers in PrEP and intervention; (3) identify PrEP-appropriate women through a risk screen; and (4) monitor progress and fidelity to protocol. Model 2 is NP-PC PrEP in which PrEP provider burden is shifted to a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who will use a sex-positive approach to deliver PrEP services via telemedicine.
This is a randomized investigator and participant blinded, sponsor unblinded, multicenter study that evaluates the safety and efficacy of ociperlimab with tislelizumab and histology-based chemotherapy compared with treatment with tislelizumab and histology-based chemotherapy in participants with previously untreated locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic NSCLC
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of tadalafil, pembrolizumab, ipilimumab, and CRS-207 in subjects with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma who have progressed after at least 1 prior chemotherapy regimen.
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of setanaxib on alkaline phosphatase (ALP) at Week 24 in participants with PBC and with elevated liver stiffness and intolerance or inadequate response to ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA).
