There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a safety study to determine the recommended dose to test in clinical trials. The study involves two treatments with 212Pb (212-lead) VMT-α-NET. This is a safety study only; it will most likely not provide therapeutic benefit.
This study is intended to evaluate the efficacy of oral supplementation of an unhydrolyzed eggshell membrane ingredient (uESM) vs placebo on both objective and subjective markers of skin aging in middle-aged and senior adults using the Cutometer® MPA 580 multi-probe system along with specially designed subject questionnaires. Secondary objectives will be to assess the benefits of uESM on the health of hair and fingernails based on a subject questionnaire.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and immunogenicity after single ascending doses (SAD) of ABBV-141 in healthy adult Western and Asian participants.
The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety and immunogenicity of AZD9838 and AZD6563 when administered as a single dose vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 in adults.

Candida microbiome testing will be conducted via stool sample at Baseline and Week 12. The participants will all be blinded to the name of the test brand.
This Phase 2a trial will evaluate the effects of EP262 in subjects with atopic dermatitis
The goal of this prospective observational cohort study is to validate previously developed Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) risk prediction algorithms, the Liver Risk Computation (LIRIC) models, which are based on electronic health records. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Will our retrospectively developed general population LIRIC models, developed on routine EHR data, perform similarly when prospectively validated, and reliably and accurately predict HCC in real-time? - What is the average time from model deployment and risk prediction, to the date of HCC development and what is the stage of HCC at diagnosis? The risk model will be deployed on data from individuals eligible for the study. Each individual will be assigned a risk score and tracked over time to assess the model's discriminatory performance and calibration.
This "SeApp" study aims to test a self-efficacy Ecological Momentary Intervention (EMI) in healthy students in the context of COVID-19. EMIs are mostly smartphone-based applications that deliver interventions to people while being engaged in their daily life activities. The app harnesses the power of self-efficacy autobiographical memories (e.g. problem-solving memories, memories of success). Ecological Momentary Assessments (EMAs) are also incorporated into the study to capture individuals' feelings, affect, and behavior in real time.
External ventricular drain (EVD) placement is a common neurosurgical procedure and provides a way to monitor intracranial pressure. EVDs are utilized in the management of a wide array of neurosurgical indications, such as subarachnoid hemorrhage, trauma, intraventricular hemorrhage, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks, and hydrocephalus.
