There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a prospective pilot trial to evaluate a new electronic medical record based intervention to improve discharges after surgery. The investigators hypothesize that standard discharge medications after surgery will help to optimize opioid prescribing and potentially decrease healthcare utilization in the first 30 days after surgery.
The goal of this study is to learn if giving cemiplimab and vidutolimod together could be effective in treating advanced cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: - How many participants' cancers respond to vidutolimod together with cemiplimab? - Is vidutolimod together with cemiplimab safe and well-tolerated? - How well does vidutolimod together with cemiplimab treat participants' cancer? Participants will receive trial treatment for up to 2 years. 30 days after stopping treatment, participants will have a follow-up visit. After that visit, the trial staff will continue to follow up with participants about every 3 months, until the trial ends.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a well-studied technique that has been shown to improve recovery time and reduce pain and swelling in patients undergoing surgery, including orthognathic surgery, and has no known negative effects. This study will use two groups with patients randomly assigned to either the study group, receiving LLLT, or one receiving a placebo treatment, after they have lower jaw surgery. Measurements will be taken at 24 hours, 1 week, 2 week, 3 week, 4 week, 5 week, and 6 week post-op exams to check pain, swelling and nerve function, and the two groups will be compared to see if the LLLT group has any difference
The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of EHP-101 in adult subjects with Relapsing Forms of Multiple Sclerosis (RMS).
This study evaluates if blood tests can detect changes in disease status during treatment for stage IV breast cancer. Information from this study may help researchers learn more about metastatic breast cancer and how to optimize treatment.
The primary objective of the INSPIRIS RESILIA Aortic Valve-in-valve (ViV) Surveillance Study ("the Study") is to capture Adverse Event information and valve measurement data from dysfunctional INSPIRIS RESILIA aortic valves before and after Valve-in-valve (ViV) treatment.
Five hundred (500) patients participating in the LLS COVID-19 Registry, who have shown either no antibody or limited antibody response by way of the Spike Antibody test to one of the vaccinations authorized for emergency use (EUA) by FDA will participate in the LLS T-cells, Blood Cancer and COVID-19 Clinical Research Study. They will be followed for at least ten years (in the COVID-19 Registry). In addition, 500 patients with similar blood cancer diagnosis, also participating in the LLS COVID-19 Registry, who have shown full Spike antibody response to one of the vaccinations authorized for emergency use (EUA) by FDA will also be enrolled the LLS T-cells, Blood Cancer and COVID-19 Clinical Research Study for comparison (as a control arm) and will also be followed for at least 10 years (in the COVID-19 Registry).
The purpose of the study is to understand the diet patterns, preferences, and impact of diet on daily living in our patients with IBD in Central Texas.
In this pilot study, the investigator team aims to evaluate whether standardized prone positioning compared to usual positioning improves moderate to severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) rates as assessed at 36 weeks post conceptional age in very low birth weight preterm infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
