NCT ID: NCT04359277 Terminated - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

A Randomized Trial of Anticoagulation Strategies in COVID-19

Start date: April 21, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized open label trial to compare effectiveness of two dosing regimens currently used for prevention of clotting events in COVID-19 positive inpatients. Both doses and routes of anticoagulation regimens are currently used in COVID-19 positive inpatients at NYU Langone Health.

NCT ID: NCT04358458 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

First-in-Human (FIH) Trial of GEN3009 in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas

Start date: March 24, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The drug that will be investigated in the study is an antibody, GEN3009. Since this is the first study of GEN3009 in humans, the main purpose is to evaluate safety. Besides safety, the study will determine the recommended GEN3009 dose to be tested in a larger group of patients and assess preliminary clinical activity of GEN3009. GEN3009 will be studied in a broad group of cancer patients, having different kinds of lymphomas. All patients will get GEN3009 either as a single treatment (monotherapy) or in combination with another antibody-candidate for treatment of cancer in the blood. The study consists of two parts: Part 1 tests increasing doses of GEN3009 ("escalation"), followed by Part 2 which tests the recommended GEN3009 dose from Part 1 ("expansion").

ExoDx Prostate Evaluation in Prior Negative Prostate Biopsy Setting

Start date: March 15, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The study is designed to confirm the performance of the ExoDx Prostate test in prior negative biopsy patients now presenting for a repeat prostate biopsy. Note: ExoDx Prostate test results are collected for correlation to biopsy results and are not disclosed to the physician or study subject.

NCT ID: NCT04357353 Terminated - Clinical trials for Erectile Dysfunction

The Role of Platelet Rich Plasma for Erectile Dysfunction

Start date: April 1, 2021
Phase: Phase 3

NCT ID: NCT04356690 Terminated - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Etoposide in Patients With COVID-19 Infection

Start date: May 8, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, open-label phase II study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of etoposide in patients with the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection. Randomization will be performed with a 3:1 allocation ratio. Treatment will be comprised of etoposide administered intravenously at a dose of 150 mg/m2 on Days 1 and 4 in patients with COVID-19 infection meeting eligibility criteria. Subsequent doses of etoposide will be allowed if the investigator and treating physician believe the patient had clinical benefit from etoposide therapy but subsequently has evidence of recurrent clinical deterioration. Subjects randomized to control will receive standard of care treatment. No placebo will be used.

NCT ID: NCT04356352 Terminated - Pain Clinical Trials

Lidocaine, Esmolol, or Placebo to Relieve IV Propofol Pain

Start date: September 9, 2020
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The primary hypothesis is that esmolol and lidocaine, when given without the use of a tourniquet, provide relief of propofol injection pain that is superior to placebo when assessed using the propofol pain scoring tool

Start date: November 6, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of naldemedine versus placebo and to assess its effect on the time to gastrointestinal (GI) recovery following surgeries that include bowel resection and bowel transection.
