Start date: March 31, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of BMS-986406 administered alone, in combination with nivolumab, or in combination with nivolumab and platinum-doublet chemotherapy (PDCT) in participants with advanced tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05298254 Active, not recruiting - Herpes Simplex Clinical Trials

A Study on the Reactogenicity, Safety, Immune Response, and Efficacy of a Targeted Immunotherapy Against HSV in Healthy Participants Aged 18-40 Years or in Participants Aged 18-60 Years With Recurrent Genital Herpes

Start date: March 7, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this first-time-in-human (FTiH) study is to evaluate the reactogenicity, safety, immune response, and efficacy of an investigational herpes simplex virus (HSV)-targeted immunotherapy (TI). The study will be conducted in 2 parts: Part I assessing different formulations of the Herpes Simplex Virus-targeted immunotherapy (HSVTI) in healthy participants aged 18-40 years; Part II assessing the 2 formulations of the HSVTI in participants aged 18-60 years with recurrent genital herpes.

NCT ID: NCT05297903 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Biliary Tract Cancer

XmAb20717 in Advanced Biliary Tract Cancers

Start date: April 11, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-arm, phase II clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of XmAb20717 in patients with advanced biliary tract cancers who have progressed on, or were intolerant of, a gemcitabine-based chemotherapy regimen.

NCT ID: NCT05297812 Active, not recruiting - Genetic Disease Clinical Trials

Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Disease Cohort: Longitudinal Biomarker Study of Disease

A1BC
Start date: March 23, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Alpha-1 Anti-trypsin Deficiency (AATD) is a genetic disease with lung and liver disease presentations. The purpose of this study is to examine the density of the lung as measured by chest computed tomography (CT) and determine if existing emphysema predicts changes in the rate of subsequent emphysema or changes in CT, serum or plasma biomarkers of interest. The overarching goal is to develop biomarkers that can be used in interventional trials since lung function changes do not typically inform disease progression in AATD.

NCT ID: NCT05297500 Active, not recruiting - Hypoxia Clinical Trials

Determination of SpO2 and PR Accuracy Specifications at Rest

Start date: March 23, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aim of this study is to determine the accuracy of devices called pulse oximeters, which measure blood oxygen by shining light through fingers, ears or other skin, without requiring blood sampling. Study will be used with patients at rest

NCT ID: NCT05297448 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatic Encephalopathy

Study to Assess Rifaximin Soluble Solid Dispersion (SSD) for the Delay of Encephalopathy Decompensation in Cirrhosis

RED-C-3132
Start date: August 3, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Study RNLC3132 is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study to assess the efficacy and safety of rifaximin SSD-40mg IR for the delay of the first episode of overt hepatic encephalopathy (OHE) decompensation in liver cirrhosis, defined by the presence of medically controlled ascites.

NCT ID: NCT05297019 Active, not recruiting - Aging Clinical Trials

A Dosing Study of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) on Epigenetic Aging

HBOT
Start date: March 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to assess the impact of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on a number of outcomes, including epigenetic aging, inflammation, and cellular health.

NCT ID: NCT05296993 Active, not recruiting - Aging Clinical Trials

Safety & Efficacy of Extended Longevity Protocol

Start date: May 25, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to quantifiably determine if the Extended Longevity Protocol has a significant clinical effect on epigenetic age.

NCT ID: NCT05296590 Active, not recruiting - Sepsis Clinical Trials

Monocyte Distribution Width (MDW) in the General Population of Emergency Department Patients With and Without Bacteremia

Start date: July 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This project will evaluate the usefulness of Monocyte Distribution Width (MDW) for the diagnosis of blood culture positivity (BSI) in patients in the Emergency Department (ED) and reevaluate the usefulness of MDW in patients with BSI and sepsis. Consequently, if MDW indicate a high likelihood of bacteremia antibiotic management in patients with suspected bacterial infections will be changed and aid appropriate antibiotic administration.
