NCT ID: NCT05749848 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Study of Carbon-14-Labelled [14C] LY3372689 in Healthy Male Participants

Start date: February 24, 2023

Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate how much of the study drug (LY3372689), administered as a single dose that has the radioactive substance 14C incorporated into it, passes from blood into urine, feces and expired air in healthy male participants. The study will also measure how much of the study drug gets into the bloodstream, how its broken down, and how long it takes the body to get rid of it. The study will last about 4 weeks. Screening is required within 28 days prior to the start of the study and follow up is required approximately 7 days after discharge.

NCT ID: NCT05748626 Completed - Snoring Clinical Trials

Anti-Snoring Appliances and Airway Manipulation in Patients Undergoing Anesthetic Sedation

Start date: March 6, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Would patients using an anti-snoring appliance intraoperatively require less airway manipulation, interventions, and rescue maneuvers during anesthetic sedation cases compared to those who do not? The investigators will use anti-snoring appliance devices (specifically the FDA approved Zyppah) to attempt to relieve tissue obstructions that cause snoring during sleep. The application of the devices to the body is less invasive than other common intraoperative rescue airway devices (e.g. nasal trumpets and oral airways) which are not designed to be patient specific.
