There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The primary objectives of this study are to determine whether the transition to online ordering at a choice-based food pantry network influences food security status among low-income adults and determining whether there are differences in impact by age group.
The primary objective of this sub study is to evaluate the efficacy of the combination of TSR-042, bevacizumab, and niraparib in participants with advanced, relapsed, high-grade ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who have received 1 to 2 prior lines of anticancer therapy, are PARP inhibitor naïve, and have platinum-resistant but not refractory disease. This study is a sub study of the master protocol - OPAL (NCT03574779).
The aim of the current research is to evaluate the effects of 6 and 9 months of Solugel® supplementation on joint mobility, comfort, performance, body composition and related biomarkers of joint and bone health in older life-long athletes and physically active people. Doses of zero, 10, and 20 g per day for 6 or 9 months will be administered to determine, if any, is most effective at improving the previously mentioned outcomes.
Evaluation of safety and efficacy of Broadband light treatment
The study will determine if Symphonie Aqua Digital System, a new method of socket creation, in a weight-bearing environment, may produce more successful fitting and comfortability & functional outcomes than traditional sockets (non-weight bearing scanning). Additionally, the study will determine if a well-fitting socket will positively impact the overall health of amputee residual limb.
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate how much of the study drug (LY3372689), administered as a single dose that has the radioactive substance 14C incorporated into it, passes from blood into urine, feces and expired air in healthy male participants. The study will also measure how much of the study drug gets into the bloodstream, how its broken down, and how long it takes the body to get rid of it. The study will last about 4 weeks. Screening is required within 28 days prior to the start of the study and follow up is required approximately 7 days after discharge.
Evaluation of the CapScan intestinal collection device in characterizing the metabolism of sulfasalazine in the digestive tracts of healthy volunteers.
This study will examine the effectiveness of digital CBT versus psychoeducation in improving anxiety for those with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Would patients using an anti-snoring appliance intraoperatively require less airway manipulation, interventions, and rescue maneuvers during anesthetic sedation cases compared to those who do not? The investigators will use anti-snoring appliance devices (specifically the FDA approved Zyppah) to attempt to relieve tissue obstructions that cause snoring during sleep. The application of the devices to the body is less invasive than other common intraoperative rescue airway devices (e.g. nasal trumpets and oral airways) which are not designed to be patient specific.
The Huntington Study Group currently holds the registered trademark for the Unified Huntington's Disease Rating Scale. The UHDRS® is a research tool which has been developed by the HSG to provide a uniform assessment of the clinical features and course of HD. The UHDRS® has undergone extensive reliability and validity testing and has been used as a major outcome measure by the HSG in controlled clinical trials. The purpose of this research study is to determine if a standard HD assessment (the UHDRS®) is as reliable when conducted virtually as it is when conducted at an in-person visit (vUHDRS)
