There are about 15072 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Turkey. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Reproductive age women diagnosed with poor ovarian response (POR) based on Poseidon criteria and premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) based on ESHRE criteria and with a history of at least one prior failed IVF cycle will be recruited for the study. Antral follicle count (AFC), serum anti-mullerian hormone (AMH), and early follicular phase serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels will determined at baseline. Autologous blood obtained from peripheral vein will be used to prepare PRP following standard protocols and will be injected to at least one ovary. Ovarian reserve parameters and IVF outcomes will be determined.
The study will be conducted in men with a diagnosis of non-obstructive azoospermia or cryptozoospermia after obtaining written informed consent. The diagnosis of azoospermia and cryptozoospermia will be based on two semen analyses performed at least 15 days apart, followed by a documented micro testicular sperm extraction (TESE). A detailed history will be obtained, physical examination and laboratory evaluation will be performed prior to treatment. In physical examination, testicular volumes will be evaluated using an orchiometer. Serum FSH and testosterone values will be determined. PRP will be prepared by centrifugation of approximately 20 ml autologous blood obtained by phlebotomy. PRP (3 ml) will be administered into the seminiferous tubule or interstitial space of each testis. Sperm analysis, testicular volume (using orchiometer), serum FSH and testosterone levels will be reevaluated at 8 weeks post-procedure. Micro TESE will performed on the third month after PRP procedure.
The study was carried out in the Pediatric Burn Unit, aged between 2 months and 7 years, with no chronic pain, second degree superficial scald burns, hydrotherapy application, no burn surgery, no pathogen growth in the burn site, the burn had not undergone epithelialization. Children receiving routine analgesic therapy were included. Lavender oil 15 minutes, Lavender oil 60 minutes and Jojoba oil 15 minutes (Placebo group) were studied with a total of 108 children in three groups. The children included in the study were randomized. One of the researchers measured the pain and vital signs of children before the application. 0.5 cc of aromatherapy oil, which was dripped into the gauze 15 or 60 minutes before the start of hydrotherapy and dressing, was placed 20 cm away from the child's nose. The child who inhaled the smell was hydrotherapy and dressing and then taken to bed. The other investigator, who did not know how long the child inhaled in the morning, evaluated pain and vital signs 1 and 30 minutes after the child returned to bed.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of three different cold application methods on ecchymosis and pain in the injection site in patients who received DMAH injection from the SC route. In the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the research universe will be composed of the patients who underwent DMAH from the SC path in Internal Medicine Service at a State Hospital under the Ministry of Health. The sample will consist of patients who meet the research criteria, who are informed about the purpose of the research, and who are willing to participate after obtaining the permission of the Ethics Committee and institution. The sample will consist of patients who meet the research criteria, who are informed about the purpose of the research, and who are willing to participate after obtaining the permission of the Ethics Committee and institution. The sample size (d=0.785) was found by reference from the article "effect of ice application on ecchymosis formation in patients undergoing subcutaneous anticoagulant therapy" by Küçükgüçlü and Okumu (2010) and the sample size required for 1-β=0.95 (power) in α=0.05 was n = 38. Patient Data Sheet, SC Road injection tracking chart, Visual Analog scale, Opsite - Flexigrid measurement tool, Mekano-analgesia (Buzzy) device, local coolant spray and acetate Pen will be used for data collection. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 software will be used for statistical analysis of research data. If the data set matches the normal distribution, parametric hypothesis tests will be used, and if the data set does not match the normal distribution, nonparametric hypothesis tests will be used.
