However, evaluation is focused mainly on knee alignment, the pathological findings and other adaptational changes in the ankles and hips are usually neglected. The Effects of Autologous Platelet-rich Plasma Supplement During Sperm Cryopreservation on Post-cryopreserved Sperm Quality

Sperm cryopreservation is an essential procedure for male fertility in certain situations, like cancer, vasectomy or other obstructive surgeries, autoimmunity diseases, immunosuppressive therapeutic strategies, or when the male partner is incapable of providing sufficient spermatozoa on the day of egg retrieval. Semen cryopreservation is mainly associated with decreased viability, motility, and DNA damage of spermatozoa due to the osmotic and mechanical stresses attributed to the freezing-thaw- ing process. Sperm cryodamage mainly originates from osmotic changes, cold shock, intracellular ice crystal formation, and oxidative stress. Based on this, some protective strategies have been proposed and developed, even the addition of cryoprotectants. Recently, Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is becoming very popular in medicine. The therapeutic effect of platelets is related to alpha granule contents. A study showed that PRP modulates ROS toxicity through a different mechanism. VEGF detoxify oxidative damage via activation of the nuclear factor (erythroid- derived 2)-like2 (Nrf2) pathway. Oxidative stress modulation and apoptosis inhibition both have an essential role during the cryopreservation process. In this case, it raises the question of whether PRP can improve the sperm quality against freeze-thawing-induced damage. Multifunctional Nutrition Tube on Social Condition and Experience in Cerebralvascular Accident

The aim of this clinical trial is to compare the psychological condition and experience of ischemic stroke patients who receive enteral nutrition support through either Intermittent Oro-esophageal Tube or Nasogastric Tube. Patients will be randomly assigned to either an observation group or a control group, with both groups receiving routine rehabilitation treatment. The observation group will receive enteral nutrition support through Intermittent Oro-esophageal Tube, while the control group will receive it through Nasogastric Tube. Researchers will then compare the psychological condition and experience of the two groups.

Nasogastric tube feeding (NGT) has been widely used in cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) patients with dysphagia but has a significant risk of complications. Intermittent Oro-esophageal Tube Feeding (IOE) is an established enteral nutrition approach that can be used with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. This study aims to explore the clinical effect of IOE vs. NGT on CSVD Patients with Dysphagia. Compared to NGT, IOE, as an enteral nutrition support mode, in CSVD Patients with Dysphagia who received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, showed advantages in improvement in dysphagia, nutritional status, ADL, QOL, pneumonia, and adverse events, which should be considered as the preferred approach.

Periarticular injections of the knee are one of the techniques used to reduce pain after surgery. Studies have shown that compared to other methods of pain relief, they are effective and safe. At present, no studies to compare between multimodal intraosseous femoral injection & multimodal intraosseous tibial injection in Simultaneous Bilateral TKA patients.
