This study will assess what, if any, effect that ISIS 301012 (mipomersen) has on liver triglyceride content in multiple groups of subjects with varying degrees of risk for hepatic steatosis. Purpose of the SHAPE study is to examine the effects of an 1-year exercise programme on endogenous hormone levels associated with breast cancer among sedentary postmenopausal women and whether a decrease in intra-abdominal fat is associated with a lowering of these hormone levels.

Primary:To evaluate the efficacy of satavaptan on top of conventional treatment in the treatment of clinically evident ascites in patients with cirrhosis of the liver. Secondary:To evaluate the tolerability and safety of satavaptan over a 52-week treatment period in patients with cirrhosis of the liver and ascites.
