NCT ID: NCT03616821 Terminated - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

Placebo-Controlled Study of Brazikumab in Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis

Expedition
Start date: August 7, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The present study (D5272C00001/Legacy #3151-201-008) aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of brazikumab in patients with moderately to severely active UC and will include assessments of clinical responses as demonstrated by improvement of symptoms and of colonic mucosal appearance as observed on endoscopy

NCT ID: NCT03615326 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

Pembrolizumab/Placebo Plus Trastuzumab Plus Chemotherapy in Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 Positive (HER2+) Advanced Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) Adenocarcinoma (MK-3475-811/KEYNOTE-811)

Start date: October 5, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study will compare the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab plus trastuzumab in combination with standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy versus trastuzumab in combination with SOC chemotherapy in participants with HER2-positive gastric cancer. The primary hypotheses of the study are that pembrolizumab plus trastuzumab in combination with chemotherapy is superior to trastuzumab plus chemotherapy in terms of 1) progression free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR), and 2) overall survival (OS).

NCT ID: NCT03614156 Terminated - Clinical trials for Depressive Disorder, Major

Study of Monotherapy Rapastinel in the Prevention of Relapse in Patients With Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

Start date: August 2, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of 450 milligrams (mg) or 225 mg of Rapastinel compared to placebo in the prevention of relapse in participants with major depressive disorder (MDD).

NCT ID: NCT03612726 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

The Overall Survival of Patients With Unresectable HCC in Real-life

Start date: July 16, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Liver cancer is the fifth most common cancer and the second most frequent cause of cancer-related death globally. Hepatocellular carcinoma represents about 90% of primary liver cancers and constitutes a major global health problem. The pattern of HCC occurrence shows a significant geographical imbalance, with the highest incidence rates in East Asia (more than 50% of the cases occurring in China). The aim of this study is to investigate the overall survival (OS) of patients diagnosed with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma under real-world practice conditions in Asia Pacific region.

NCT ID: NCT03612557 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Study of Benzathine Benzylpenicillin Intramuscular Injection in Japanese Healthy Subjects

Start date: August 20, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This will be an open label study to investigate the pharmacokinetics (PK) and safety of a single intramuscular injection of penicillin G benzathine in Japanese healthy subjects.

NCT ID: NCT03610724 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Phase II Open Label Trial to Determine Safety & Efficacy of Tisagenlecleucel in Pediatric Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Patients

BIANCA
Start date: February 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study was to assess the efficacy and safety of tisagenlecleucel in pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r B-NHL) including Burkitt Lymphoma and Burkitt Leukemia. For pediatric patients who have r/r B-NHL including Burkitt Lymphoma and Burkitt Leukemia, survival rates are dismal, only ~20-50% subjects are alive at 2 years with overall response rate (ORR) of 20-30% after conventional salvage chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03610646 Completed - Clinical trials for Diabetic Macular Edema

Comparative Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of MYL-1701P and Eylea® in Subjects With Diabetic Macular Edema (DME)

DME
Start date: August 23, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Three hundred and twenty-four (324) eligible adult subjects with diabetes mellitus with central DME involvement to be randomized 1:1 to intravitreal treatment with MYL-1701P or Eylea®. The primary endpoint is mean change from baseline in Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA) as assessed by Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study (ETDRS) letters. Pharmacokinetics (PK) and immunogenicity to be evaluated in the subjects participating in the study.
