NCT ID: NCT03143153 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Various Advanced Cancer

A Study to Evaluate Efficacy in Subjects With Esophageal Cancer Treated With Nivolumab and Ipilimumab or Nivolumab Combined With Fluorouracil Plus Cisplatin Versus Fluorouracil Plus Cisplatin

CheckMate 648
Start date: June 29, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to compare how long subjects with esophageal cancer live overall or live without disease progression after receiving nivolumab and ipilimumab or nivolumab combined with fluorouracil plus cisplatin versus fluorouracil plus cisplatin

NCT ID: NCT03142334 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Renal Cell Carcinoma

Safety and Efficacy Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) as Monotherapy in the Adjuvant Treatment of Renal Cell Carcinoma Post Nephrectomy (MK-3475-564/KEYNOTE-564)

Start date: June 9, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in the adjuvant treatment of adult participants who have undergone nephrectomy and have intermediate-high risk, high risk, or M1 no evidence of disease (M1 NED) renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with clear cell component. The primary study hypothesis is that pembrolizumab is superior to placebo with respect to Disease-free Survival (DFS) as assessed by the Investigator in male and female participants with intermediate-high risk, high risk and M1 NED RCC.

NCT ID: NCT03141177 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Renal Cell Carcinoma

A Study of Nivolumab Combined With Cabozantinib Compared to Sunitinib in Previously Untreated Advanced or Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma

CheckMate 9ER
Start date: August 22, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Nivolumab Combined with Cabozantinib is safe and effective compared to Sunitinib in previously untreated advanced or metastatic renal cell carcinoma

NCT ID: NCT03133611 Active, not recruiting - Parkinson Disease Clinical Trials

Detecting Parkinson's Disease Through Speech Analysis

Start date: April 1, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Speech is an important indicator of motor function and movement coordination and can be extremely sensitive to involvement in the course of neurologic diseases. The aim of this project is to discover for the first time using simple speech recording and high end pattern analysis preclinical stages of disabling central nervous system disorders including Parkinson's disease and other alpha-synucleinopathies in "at high risk" patients with REM sleep behavior disorder and thus provide one essential prerequisite for trials on REM sleep behavior disorder with preventive therapy.

NCT ID: NCT03132675 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage III/IV Melanoma

Tavo and Pembrolizumab in Patients With Stage III/IV Melanoma Progressing on Either Pembrolizumab or Nivolumab Treatment

Keynote-695
Start date: October 3, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Keynote 695 is Phase 2 study of intratumoral tavokinogene telseplasmid (tavo; pIL-12) Electroporation (EP) plus IV Pembrolizumab. Eligible patients will be those with pathological diagnosis of unresectable or metastatic melanoma who are progressing or have progressed on either pembrolizumab or nivolumab.

NCT ID: NCT03126019 Active, not recruiting - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

The purpose of this study is to assess the objective response rate of parsaclisib treatment in participants with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT03121586 Active, not recruiting - Schizophrenia Clinical Trials

Extension Study of Pimavanserin for the Adjunctive Treatment of Schizophrenia

Start date: January 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of pimavanserin after 52 weeks of adjunctive treatment in subjects with schizophrenia

NCT ID: NCT03116750 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Deep Vein Thrombosis

Post-Market Clinical Follow-up Study With ASPIREX®S to Assess the Safety and Effectiveness in the Treatment of DVT

P-MAX
Start date: April 3, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The ASPIREX®S Endovascular System is a rotating and aspirating catheter system. It is intended to be used for the percutaneous transluminal removal of fresh thrombotic or thromboembolic material from native blood vessels (or vessels fitted with stents, stent grafts or native or artificial bypasses) outside the cardiopulmonary, coronary and cerebral circulations. CAPTUREX® , a catheter with a filter basket, is intended to be used for the filtering of emboli from blood vessels during potentially embolizing procedures on the patient. ASPIREX®S and CAPTUREX® are CE-marked (Class III) medical devices. In this study the effectiveness and safety in the removal of thrombi in veins is assessed under real life setting.
