This is a Phase II, open-label, single-arm, study, designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tenalisib in patients with metastatic TNBC, who have received at least one but not more than 3 prior therapies in a metastatic setting.
The present study is a randomized, placebo-controlled, feasibility study to evaluate efficacy of dietary ingredients in vitality & metabolic factors in healthy individuals. Approximately 54 subjects aged between ≥ 40 and ≤ 60 years will be screened and 36 participants (12 in each arm) are to be randomized. Both the IP and placebo study arms will have 10 completed subjects in each arm after accounting for the screening failure and dropout/withdrawal rate of 30% and 17% respectively (Total 30 completers). The treatment duration for all the study subjects will be 90 days.
Clinical guidelines from professional organizations have recommended the use of multidose insulin regimens as the preferred therapy for glycaemic control in patients admitted to hospital in a non-intensive-careunit setting. The use of a basal-bolus regimen with a once daily basal insulin and rapid-acting insulin analogs before meals has been shown to improve glycaemic control and to reduce the rate of hospital complications in general medical and surgical patients with type 2 diabetes.The basal-bolus regimen however is labour intensive, requiring several insulin injections, and is associated with a high risk of hypoglycaemia. Hypoglycaemia has been reported in 12% to 32% of patients in general medicine and surgery with type 2 diabetes treated with basal-bolus insulin regimens.Because of these limitations, alternative treatment regimens are needed that could improve glycaemic control and clinical outcomes, while facilitating care and minimising the risk of hypoglycaemia in patients with diabetes.
This study will aim to evaluate postoperative pain after intraligamentary injections of dexamethasone (4mg/ml), diclofenac sodium (25mg/ml), 0.5% bupivacaine and 2% lidocaine given to the patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis after completion of the first appointment. Objectives: 1. To evaluate postoperative pain in patients receiving intraligamentary injections of either dexamethasone (4mg/ml), diclofenac sodium (25mg/ml), 0.5% bupivacaine or 2% lidocaine. 2. To compare the postoperative pain in different groups.
Thorough search of literature revealed no study has correlated the presence/absence of papilla to the contact point to attachment level distance. It could be a non- invasive approach and there is no need to inject local anaesthesia to the patient. It might be beneficial in predicting the papilla reconstruction outcome in patient friendly and non-invasive way.

Anxiety is one of the most significant obstacles to academic success. When stress is interpreted negatively or becomes overwhelming, it causes anxiety before and during examinations, which in turn impacts students' academic performance. The difficulty in managing severely associated anxiousness enhances the demand for NIBS. It is a unique approach that has the potential to alleviate anxiety by modifying cortical excitability whereas Relaxation breaks the vicious cycle of pain caused by muscular stress, circulatory illness, and metabolic by-products alterations. The main purpose is to evaluate whether tDCS along with Relaxation technique reduces the anxiety level in competitive exam students. Total 46 students are recruited and randomly allocating in experimental and control group. The subjects in the experimental group are going to receive 9 tDCS sessions (2mA, anode placed on the DLFPC of left side and cathode on right supraorbital cortex for 20 min) along with relaxation technique. Subjects in the control group are going to receive 9 sessions of relaxation. The CSAI-2R scale is used as an Outcome Measure. Samples completed the CSAI-2R scale before and following the intervention. The data will be analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software.
The investigators hypothesize that a combination of prednisolone and itraconazole would significantly reduce the exacerbation rate at one-year of patients with acute allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) compared to itraconazole or prednisolone monotherapy. In this study, 300 subjects aged ≥18 years with acute ABPA will be randomized to treatment with either prednisolone, itraconazole, or prednisolone plus itraconazole, all for four months each. After collecting baseline demographic, immunologic, and imaging data, the investigators will follow the patients every 2 months for the first two visits and then every four months for three visits. The primary outcome will be the proportion of subjects experiencing exacerbation (asthma or ABPA) 12 months after treatment completion.
This study is a 2-arm, multicenter, multinational, prospective, randomized, controlled clinical trial. Hospitalized subjects with blood cultures growing Gram negative bacilli (GNB) will be randomized 1:1 to have the positive blood cultures characterized using standard of care (SOC) antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) vs. a rapid AST method known as Reveal™ in addition to SOC AST. The purpose of the FAST trial is to evaluate whether use of a rapid phenotypic AST improves clinical outcomes compared to use of SOC AST methods in clinical settings with high resistance rates.
This study will be conducted as a prospective cohort study, enrolling all eligible women in their first trimester of pregnancy during a baseline visit during week 6-13 of pregnancy at Government Medical College Hospital, Nagpur. The Hospital provides primary, secondary, and tertiary care and the obstetric department delivers about 10,000 babies a year. The hypothesis is that co-infection of other respiratory viruses (ORV), particularly COVID-19 and Influenza increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in mothers and babies and could address the current standard of care in India to not vaccinate pregnant women during pregnancy, by either encouraging vaccination against both viruses before planning a pregnancy or during pregnancy based on global data supporting the safety of this strategy.
