The purpose of this study is to evaluate if a 12-week total regimen of telaprevir in combination with pegylated interferon alfa 2a (Peg-IFN-alfa-2a) and ribavirin (RBV) (T12/PR12) is safe and effective in subjects who have the interleukin-28B (IL28B) CC genotype. The subjects enrolled in this study will have chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection and will not have cirrhosis of the liver.

Secondary Scientific Objective - Assessment of blood detection sensor ability to identify the anatomical location (i.e. Stomach, SB or Colon) - Evaluation of capsule transit characteristics in the GI tract - Evaluation of BBC capsule safety Study Hypothesis: It is estimated that by implementing a spectrophotometer technology in capsule and utilizing the unique characteristics of light absorption by blood in specific spectrum, the capsule will be able to automatically detect blood in the GI tract with high accuracy. As such, the system may be an add-on to video capsules to provide efficient and quick detection of blood presence (for example in OGBI patients) or as stand alone low cost capsule (without video) which could serve as a tool similar to standard FOBT.

Detection of Meconium in Amniotic Fluid in Post Term Pregnancies

Meconium constitutes the bowel contents of the fetus and is normally expelled only after birth. However, it may be secreted into the amniotic fluid of 20% of all fetuses. Meconium Stained Amniotic Fluid had been recognized from ancient times as an obstetric hazard which complicates delivery and is associated with increased newborn morbidity and mortality. At present there is no viable diagnostic test for Meconium prior to the onset of labor and the rupture of membranes. The system developed for the detection of Meconium, based on recognizing a characteristic fluoroscopic spectral pattern emitted by Meconium under light excitation at a specific wavelength. The diagnostic test being developed does not require penetration into the amniotic sac and is safe, painless and simple to perform.

Pralatrexate vs Observation Following CHOP-based Chemotherapy in Undiagnosed Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma Patients

The purpose of this study is to see if pralatrexate extends response and survival following CHOP-based chemotherapy (CHOP: cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone) and if pralatrexate improves response in patients with partial response following CHOP-based chemotherapy. Patients will either receive pralatrexate or be under observation. All patients will receive vitamins B12 and folic acid and attend regular clinic visits to evaluate their disease and health.
