NCT ID: NCT04279522 Active, not recruiting - MDD Clinical Trials

The MOOD Study - External Combined Occipital and Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation (eCOT-NS) for the Treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

MDD
Start date: August 31, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The MOOD study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of a noninvasive, self-administered external Combined Occipital and Trigeminal Neurostimulation (eCOT-NS) treatment for Major Depressive Disorder (Relivion®DP). This is a prospective, multi-center, 2-arm randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, sham-controlled study. The study will include the following stages: 1. Screening, Eligibility evaluation and Randomization to Relivion®DP vs. Sham control (1:1 randomization) (Baseline - Day 0). 2. Daily treatment period: Active/Sham (Group A/B) treatment protocol (Baseline to end of 8 weeks). 3. Open label phase: Active treatment period of additional 8 weeks. After completion of the open label period the subject's participation in the study will be over.

NCT ID: NCT04278768 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Dose Escalation/ Expansion Study of CA-4948 as Monotherapy in Patients With AML or MDS

Start date: July 6, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1/2a dose escalation and expansion study of orally administered emavusertib (CA-4948) monotherapy in adult patients with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) or high risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). Patients enrolling in the Phase 1 portion of the study must meet one of the following criteria prior to consenting to the study: - R/R AML with FLT3 mutations who have been previously treated with a FLT3 inhibitor - R/R AML with spliceosome mutations of SF3B1 or U2AF1 - R/R hrMDS with spliceosome mutations of SF3B1 or U2AF1 - Number of pretreatments: 1 or 2 The Phase 2a Dose Expansion will be in 3 Cohorts of patients: 1. R/R AML with FLT3 mutations who have been previously treated with a FLT3 inhibitor; 2. R/R AML with spliceosome mutations of SF3B1 or U2AF1; and 3. R/R hrMDS (IPSS-R score > 3.5) with spliceosome mutations of SF3B1 or U2AF1. All patients above have had ≤ 2 lines of prior systemic anticancer treatment. In previous versions of this protocol there was a Phase 1b portion of the study, in which patients with AML or hrMDS received CA-4948 in combination with venetoclax. This part of the study is no longer open for enrollment.

NCT ID: NCT04278508 Completed - IVF Clinical Trials

Serum Progesterone on the Day of Thawed Embryo Transfer and Pregnancy Rate After an Artificial Endometrial Preparation

Start date: March 9, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To determine if different serum Progesterone levels on FET day are associated with different clinical pregnancy rates (CPR), and if increasing dosage of vaginal Progesterone in cases of lower serum Progesterone level on FET day can be either beneficial or detrimental regarding the CPR.

NCT ID: NCT04277546 Terminated - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

Open-label Extension Study of Brazikumab in Ulcerative Colitis

NCT ID: NCT04272203 Terminated - Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Determine Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of Intravenous ABBV-184 in Adult Participants With Previously Treated Cancers

Start date: May 5, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. This study focuses on two types of cancers: Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). AML (blood cancer) is cancer of the white blood cells (WBC). NSCLC (solid tumor) is a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to determine recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) and to see if the study drug is safe and able to treat patients who have AML and NSCLC. ABBV-184 is an investigational drug being developed for treatment of cancer. The study has two arms and two phases: AML arm and NSCLC arm; dose escalation and dose expansion phase. Adult participants with diagnosis of AML or NSCLC will be enrolled. In dose escalation phase, around 36 participants will be enrolled in each arm. In dose expansion phase, around 20 participants will be enrolled in each arm. The study will be conducted in approximately 50 sites across 10 countries. Participants will receive weight based intravenous (IV) infusion of ABBV-184 once a week. At the beginning of the study, visits will occur daily during hospitalization followed by less frequently over time. There will be a higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects, and questionnaires.
