There are about 9745 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Israel. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
ME-APDS is a device (software-based with hardware) developed by Magentiq Eye LTD and intended to support the decision of the endoscopist on polyps which appear in the colonoscopy video during the colonoscopy procedure. This randomized two arm colonoscopy trial will mainly compare APC and APE between Magentiq Eye Assisted Colonoscopy (MEAC) and Conventional Colonoscopy (CC) in patients referred for either screening or surveillance colonoscopies.
This is a study of treatment with TBX-3400 in subjects with solid malignant tumors that are resistant or refractory to standard therapies. The subject's own blood cells are exposed to a protein that has been shown in the laboratory to result in anti-tumor activity. The study hypothesis is that TBX-3400 cells will enhance anti-tumor activity and improve the body's immune response to the tumor.
This is a mutli-center open-label study to provide continued supply of itacitinib to participants from the following Incyte-sponsored studies of itacitinib: INCB39110-209, INCB39110-213, INCB39110-214, INCB39110-230, and 39110-309. Eligible participants will receive treatment with itacitinib as per the treatment dose and schedule they received in the study in which they were originally enrolled. The original study is referred to as the "parent protocol". Participants who receive itacitinib in this study may continue treatment as long as the regimen is tolerated, the participant is deriving clinical benefit (in the opinion of the investigator), and the participant does not meet discontinuation criteria.
A Prospective, Multicenter, Single-Arm Clinical Study of 51 study subjects who are seeking a procedure to reduce the appearance of the peri-orbital wrinkles. Up to 5 investigational centers in Israel and the United States will participate in the recruitment. Each study subject will receive four (4) treatments with Tixel in a monthly interval. Follow-up will occur 1 month and 3 months following last treatment.
The purpose of the study is to obtain safety and effectiveness data of the Medtronic Evolutâ„¢ PRO+ TAVR System for the treatment of severe, asymptomatic aortic stenosis.
CB010A is a study evaluating safety, emerging efficacy, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity of CB-010 in adults with relapsed/refractory B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma after lymphodepletion consisting of cyclophosphamide and fludarabine.
For the present study, Investigators will examine the efficacy of active prefrontal anodal tDCS versus placebo (sham) interventions to treat WM dysfunction in schizophrenia. Investigators selected the prefrontal stimulation modality that proved most effective in enhancing high-load WM performance in single dose stimulation in healthy participants . The study employs a multi-stimulation approach, with 2 sessions per day for 5 consecutive days in the active treatment group (n=15) compared to a group that receives only sham stimulation (n=15). This preliminary approach is based upon findings of a recent study applying cathodal tDCS stimulation over left temporoparietal cortex (with left prefrontal anodal stimulation) for the treatment of persistent auditory hallucinations in schizophrenia. In a a recent study clinical benefits were maintained for at least 3 months following stimulation. In the present study, in addition to clinical outcome, researchers will evaluate whether similar improvement can be obtained with WM, EEG activity, and functional outcome (e.g., discharged from hospitalization following significant improvement or remission).
Retained products of conception (RPOC) and intrauterine adhesions (IUA) may occur following suction curettage for early miscarriage and cause secondary infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss and pregnancy complications. The aim of this study is to investigate whether adding hysteroscopy to suction curettage reduces the rates of RPOC and IUA.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and the safety of two doses of CHF6001 (Tanimilast) as add-on to maintenance triple therapy in the target patient population.
