There are about 9745 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Israel. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF-1R) inhibitor LY3022855 in combination with durvalumab or tremelimumab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
Evaluate the use of Elbit's digital electro-optical systems for generating detailed high quality video imaging during surgery, and thus improving the surgeon's visualization, performance and outcome.
This study is designed to provide evidence of efficacy of cefiderocol in the treatment of serious infections in adult patients caused by carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative pathogens.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate two different dose combinations of nivolumab and ipilimumab in the treatment of melanoma.
The purpose of this study is to estimate the proportion of participants fulfilling criteria for symptomatic remission following a transition to 12 months treatment with flexible-dose paliperidone palmitate 3 month formulation (PP3M) in participants with schizophrenia previously adequately treated with paliperidone palmitate 1 month formulation (PP1M) for at least 4 months.
The proposed study will evaluate a clinical algorithm for the diagnosis and treatment of provoked vestibulodynia (PVD). The algorithm, distinguishes between four subtypes of PVD: hormonally mediated PVD, hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction, congenital neuroproliferative PVD and acquired neuroproliferative PVD, based on a patient's history and physical exam. The study will follow patients diagnosed with PVD, for one year, and evaluate the treatment outcome in the different subgroups. Investigators hope that conducting a prospective study, showing clinical benefit and improved outcome for patients classified according to this method may change the common practice of "trial and error" based treatment, and will improve clinical results.
This study is undertaken to explore in patients with uncontrolled T2D treated with insulin, whether a diet with large breakfast and lunch with small dinner (Bdiet) will enhance CG expression and will be more effective for weight loss and for achieving glycemic control and reduction of total daily insulin dose (first end point), compared to an isocaloric diet with 6 small meals distributed evenly along the day
Investigation of the efficacy and safety of a new potential treatment of Major depressive disorder (MDD) in paediatric participants (age 7 to 11 years).
The current study examines the efficiency of a home-based computerized cognitive training (CT) intervention targeting older adults with diabetes. The primary aim of the study is to evaluate the effects of CCT on cognitive and disease management in non-demented older diabetes adults. Investigators will also evaluate the effect of the intervention on a range of secondary outcomes, including mood, caregiver burden, self-efficacy, and for a small sub-sample, on brain activity as reflected in changes in task-related blood-flow on fMRI.
Up to two hundred un-identified PillCam SB movies will be collected from 2 clinical sites, during up to 3 years and transferred to Given Imaging. Demographical data and medical history will be collected. Capsule transit time in the different sections of the GI will be evaluated.
