This is a pilot study of a novel protocol for preparation of the endometrium for frozen/thawed embryo transfer whereby estrogen is not administered during the proliferative phase and progesterone is administered through vaginal suppositories in accordance with endometrial thickness only, disregarding the day of ovulation. Progesterone supplementation commences once the endometrium is at least 7 mm, a follicle is demonstrated on TVS, and ovulation has not yet taken place. The day of ET is scheduled according to the unit's working days and progesterone suppositories are commenced 48 hours before the scheduled embryo transfer.
This was a randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, multiple-dose, clinical similarity study to evaluate the efficacy, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of ABP 798 compared with rituximab in subjects with grade 1, 2, or 3a follicular B-cell NHL and low tumor burden. Subjects were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive a 375 mg/m^2 intravenous infusion of either ABP 798 or rituximab once weekly for 4 weeks followed by dosing at weeks 12 and 20.

Background: Growth impairment is commonly seen in children diagnosed with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), mainly those with Crohn's disease (CD). There is general consensus in the literature that body composition, composed of fat mass and lean mass is altered in children with IBD compared with controls. Evidence regarding the effect of different therapeutic approaches on body composition in children with IBD is scarce and inconsistent. Furthermore, most studies used anthropometric measures and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) for body composition assessment, while information on the usefulness of air displacement plethysmography (ADP) for this assessment is lacking. Objectives: To assess body composition in children with IBD by ADP and DEXA at diagnosis and at various intervals during follow up. Design: A prospective cohort study. Setting: Pediatric gastroenterology institute, Schneider Children's Hospital. Participants: Children 6 year to 17 years who are diagnosed with either CD or ulcerative colitis (UC). Main outcome measures: Accuracy of ADP in comparison to DEXA and percentage of fat mass and lean mass at diagnosis and during treatment. Secondary outcome measures: Correlation of body composition to skin fold, mid arm circumference measurements, BMI, inflammatory markers, gender, disease activity and physical activity.

The investigators aim is to explore associations between specific types of cancer therapy, age at treatment and the presence of dental abnormalities in adolescence. The study will help identify unique dental changes, malformations and or missing teeth that appear in adolescence as a secondary complication due to anticancer treatment (chemotherapy and or radiotherapy) given in childhood. Materials and methods: - Study Group: 200 patients, at least 12 years old, who were treated for Cancer at the age of 0-10 years old. - The following data will be collected: Demographic information, Medical Status, Cancer therapy, Intraoral examination, Oral soft and hard tissue condition and radiographic examination.
