There are about 5241 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Hungary. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of LCZ696 titrated to a target dose of 200 mg twice daily, compared to ramipril titrated to a target dose of 5 mg twice daily.
This is a single-arm, open-label, extended treatment, safety study in patients treated with talazoparib in qualifying studies.
This is an open label, non randomized, uncontrolled, multicenter, single arm observational study. In this study, the enrolled subjects will be treated with Rebif human serum albumin (HSA)-free formulation (with or without RebiSmart) 44 microgram (mcg), subcutaneous (sc), thrice in a week (tiw) for 24 months.
The purpose of this study is to compare the perioperative hemodynamic parameters, recovery profiles and cost containment of sevoflurane and propofol based general anesthesia for otorhinolaryngeal surgery.
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety profile and tolerability of S 55746 in patients with CLL, B-Cell NHL and MM, in terms of Dose-Limiting Toxicities (DLTs), Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and determine the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) through safety profile (DLT, MTD), PK profile, PD profile and preliminary efficacy.
Multicenter, randomized, open-label, parallel-group study of guadecitabine vs treatment choice (TC). Participants will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to either guadecitabine or TC. TC options include the 8 high or low intensity, locally available regimens below; or Best supportive Care (BSC) alone: - High intensity (intermediate or high dose cytarabine [HiDAC]; mitoxantrone, etoposide, and cytarabine [MEC]; or fludarabine, cytarabine, granulocyte colony stimulating factor [G-CSF], +/- idarubicin [FLAG/FLAG-Ida]). - Low intensity (low dose cytarabine [LDAC], decitabine, or azacitidine). - BSC.
This is a 24 week, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel group, placebo-controlled study to investigate the effects of saxagliptin and sitagliptin on cardiac dimensions and function in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) mellitus and heart failure (HF).
This is a phase 2 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the cardiac and renal effects of short term treatment with elamipretide in patients hospitalized with congestion due to heart failure
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of filgotinib during induction and maintenance treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) in participants who are biologic-naive and biologic-experienced. Participants who complete the study, or do not meet protocol response or remission criteria at Week 10 will have the option to enter a separate long-term extension (LTE) study (Study GS-US-419-3896).
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy of filgotinib in the induction and maintenance treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) in participants who are biologic-naive and biologic-experienced. Participants who complete the study, or met protocol specified efficacy discontinuation criteria will have the option to enter a separate, long-term extension (LTE) study (Gilead Study GS-US-418-3899: NCT02914535).
