NCT ID: NCT05371925 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Endothelial Dysfunction

Endothelial Protection in Post COVID-19 Patients With Sulodexide

Start date: July 26, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Prospective, multicenter, randomized (1:1, placebo use) trial with a parallel-group design to assess if the use of sulodexide influences serum levels of biomarkers for endothelial dysfunction on convalescent COVID-19 patients who suffered a moderate (or more severe) clinical presentation and have chronic comorbidities of high risk for endothelial dysfunction. The recruitment period is estimated at 6 months. The follow-up period of all participants will be 8 weeks. The participant will receive according to group allocation after randomization 1. study group: sulodexide oral dose of 250LRU capsule bid for 8 weeks. 2. control group: placebo oral dose of 1 capsule bid for 8 weeks. Participants in both groups will continue the standard of care recommended by national healthcare guidelines for each Country, including any concomitant medication indicated by their primary physician.

A Phase 2 study to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and microbiota changes of VE202 in patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis (UC).

NCT ID: NCT05360446 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Coronary Computed Tomography Study to Assess the Effect of Inclisiran in Addition to Maximally Tolerated Statin Therapy on Atherosclerotic Plaque Progression in Participants With a Diagnosis of Non-obstructive Coronary Artery Disease Without Previous Cardiovascular Events

V-PLAQUE
Start date: July 8, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

CKJX839D12303 is a research study to determine if the study treatment, called inclisiran, in comparison to placebo taken in addition to statin medication can effectively reduce the total amount of plaque formed in the heart's vessels as measured by coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) from baseline to month 24. This study is being conducted in eligible participants with a diagnosis of non-obstructive coronary artery disease (NOCAD), where the coronary arteries are blocked less than 50%, and with no previous cardiovascular events.

NCT ID: NCT05353257 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Limited-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Serplulimab in Combination With Chemotherapy and Concurrent Radiotherapy in Patients With Limited-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: May 17, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is a randomized, double-blind, multicenter, phase III clinical study to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Serplulimab + chemotherapy+ concurrent radiotherapy vs chemotherapy+ concurrent radiotherapy in subjects with Limited-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05353166 Recruiting - Heart Failure Clinical Trials

REGN5381 in Heart Failure Adult Participants With Elevated Pulmonary Capillary Wedge Pressure

Start date: June 30, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN5381, further referred to as study drug. The study is focused on adult participants with heart failure that, in the opinion of the study doctor, have a clinical indication for right heart catheterization (RHC). The aim of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: - What side effects may happen from taking the study drug - How much study drug is in the blood at different times - Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects)

NCT ID: NCT05352672 Recruiting - Melanoma Clinical Trials

Clinical Study of Fianlimab in Combination With Cemiplimab Versus Pembrolizumab in Adolescent and Adult Patients With Previously Untreated Unresectable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Melanoma

Start date: July 14, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called REGN2810, also known as cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined). The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aims of the study are to see how effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab are in treating the melanoma skin cancer, in comparison with a medication, pembrolizumab, approved for the treatment of melanoma skin cancer in adults, and to observe any similarities, or differences, in how the study drugs work in adolescent participants compared with adult participants. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: - What side effects may happen from receiving the study drugs - How much study drug is in the blood at different times - Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects). Antibodies are proteins that are naturally found in the blood stream that fight infections. - How administering the study drugs might improve quality of life
