This two-cohort, open-label, multicenter study will assess the safety, efficacy and tolerability of trastuzumab emtansine in participants with HER2-positive locally advanced breast cancer (LABC) or metastatic breast cancer (mBC) who have received prior anti-HER2 and chemotherapy-based treatment. Participants in Cohort 1 will be drawn from the general participant population; Cohort 2 will include only Asian participants.

Moreover, the study also aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of second line treatment with everolumus plus examestane in participants whose disease progressed during everolimus plus letrozole therapy.

Determine the 24-hour FEV1-profile of tiotropium solution for inhalation after 4 weeks treatment periods of 5 mcg tiotropium administered once daily in the evening and 2.5 mcg tiotropium administered twice daily (morning and evening). In addition compare the 24 hours pharmacokinetic profile of 5 mcg tiotropium administered once daily and 2.5mcg tiotropium administered twice daily in pharmacokinetic sub-investigation.
