NCT ID: NCT05308966 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma

Observational Study in Patients With Previously Unresectable Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma Treated With Nivolumab and Ipilimumab (MESO-IMMUNE)

MESO-IMMUNE
Start date: May 3, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Meso-Immune is a retrospective study to assess the efficacy and safety of the combination of Nivolumab and Ipilimumab used in first-line treatment of adult patients with unresectable Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma (MPM). This combination of treatments has been approved in Europe since June 2021 based on the results of the CheckMate 743 study. In France, the combination is not yet reimbursed for this population of patients. However, since April 01, 2021, newly diagnosed unresectable MPM patients may be treated with this combination via an early access program. Meso-Immune study targets these patients included in the early access program with the objective to provide additional results to the CheckMate 743 study and confirm the benefit of using this combination in first-line of treatment in this category of patients. Total study duration will cover 48 months with an inclusion period of 12 months and a follow-up until 3 years. Patients will be recruited retrospectively starting April 01, 2021 until April 01, 2022. Meso-Immune study will be proposed to all the GFPC centers that have already included patients in the early access program and other centers wishing to participate, in order to analyze a minimum of 150 patients. The total number of sites is evaluated at around 120. The principal investigator in each center will identify the patients eligible for the Meso-Immune study and will inform them on the study according to the local regulations. Patient follow-up will be pursued regularly, in in-patient and out-patient clinics, according to the usual practices of the physicians in each participating center. Reevaluation workups will be pursued according to the practices of each center. The information related to Patient characteristics, MPM characteristics, Treatment characteristics, Disease progression, Rebiopsy, Post treatments, Adverse events, Date and cause of death, Date of last news will be recorded in electronic case-report forms (eCRF). Qualitative variables will be presented descriptively in the principal analysis.

NCT ID: NCT05308927 Enrolling by invitation - Noonan Syndrome Clinical Trials

French Registry of Children Treated With Norditropin® for Short Stature Associated With Noonan Syndrome

Start date: March 16, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a non-interventional registry of children treated with Norditropin® for short stature due to Noonan Syndrome (NS). This study aims to provide data on long-term growth evolution and safety of Norditropin® as well as Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) data. This registry will include the entirety of children treated with Norditropin® for short stature due to NS over the inclusion period. The decision to initiate treatment with commercially available Norditropin® is made by the patient/parents/Legally Acceptable Representative (LAR) and the treating physician before and independently from the decision to include the patient in this study.

NCT ID: NCT05308888 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Aortic Valve Stenosis

Impact of Local Tissue Inflammation on Intramyocardial Conduction Pathways Post Percutaneous Valve : Evaluation by Positron Emission Tomography on Exploratory Cohort

IMPACT
Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Aortic valve stenosis is the most common valve disease leading to surgical or percutaneous intervention in Europe and North America. Percutaneous aortic valve replacement (TAVI) is currently recommended for the management of patients with symptomatic aortic stenosis and with high; very high operative risk of aortic valve replacement surgery or intermediate operative risk of aortic valve replacement surgery after a benefit-risk assessment by a heart team and operative contraindication to conventional aortic valve replacement surgery. These indications are supported by the 2017 European Cardiology guidelines. This technique of percutaneous arterial valve implantation is most often performed via the femoral route, under local anesthesia, with placement of a prosthetic biological valve in the aortic position, impacting it into the patient's native aortic valve. TAVI has been shown to be superior to medical treatment in patients with a aortic valve stenosis at very high operative risk of conventional aortic valve replacement surgery. However, the occurrence of atrioventricular conduction disorders (de novo left bundle branch block (LBBB) or complete AVB) remains the most frequent complication after TAVI. Therefore, the rate of pacemaker (PM) implantation after TAVI remains high, ranging from 2% to 51%, with an average rate of 13%. Pacemaker implantation has several deleterious effects (increased hospitalization time, desynchronization of the left ventricle by permanent right ventricular pacing, exposure of the patient to procedural complications of pacemaker placement, and possible increase in the final cost to society of the initial hospitalization. Not all patients who received a pacemaker post TAVI implantation use their PM. The rate of Pacemaker dependency and therefore of patients who actually use their pacemaker is approximately 33-36% at 1 year after percutaneous valve implantation. In view of all the potentially deleterious consequences of post TAVI pacemaker implantation, it is therefore necessary to know which patients really justify pacemaker implantation after percutaneous valve implantation. The purpose of this study is to investigate diagnostic imaging criteria that may be predictive of the occurrence of intramyocardial conduction disorders post TAVI implantation. Although some patients present only transient conductive disturbances, the impact of tissue inflammation of the intramyocardial conduction pathways after TAVI remains to be understood.

NCT ID: NCT05308433 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

Cybersickness imAgiNg Olfactory Evocation

CANOE
Start date: April 13, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to, using fMRI, compare brain activations during olfactory imagery induced by different visual supports (words, pictures, colors and colored arrangements) in healthy subjects. This will allow us to choose the best olfactory imagery facilitator and to assess its effect on cybersickness.

NCT ID: NCT05308355 Completed - Thoracic Surgery Clinical Trials

Start date: April 4, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Evaluation of a service OFA (Opioid-free Anesthesia) protocol on post-operative pain of patients operated on by video-thoracoscopic carcinologic surgery by counting them to a group of patients receiving standard general anesthesia with opioid.

NCT ID: NCT05307874 Recruiting - Solid Tumor, Adult Clinical Trials

Phase 1/2a Study of ICT01 Plus Low Dose SC IL-2 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

EVICTION-2
Start date: April 19, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase I/IIa, two-part, open-label study to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacodynamics, and antitumor activity of ICT01 in combination with LDSC IL-2 in patients with advanced-stage solid tumors. Part 1 will be a dose escalation of IV ICT01 administered on the first day of every 21-day cycle (CnD1) to patients with advanced-stage solid tumors in combination with LDSC IL-2 (Proleukin®) administered daily on days 1-5 of cycles 1-3 (C1-3D1-5). Objectives of part 1 are to characterize the safety of the combination regimen and determine the RP2D for Part 2. Part 2 will comprise a maximum of 2 indications and 2 combination dosing regimens of ICT01 +LDSC IL-2, which will be supported by statistical power calculations once the indications are selected. The final regimen will be ICT01 + LDSC IL-2 + Pembrolizumab on a Q3W cycle. The primary objective of Part 2 is to demonstrate the efficacy of the combination regimen based on RECIST1.1 in one or more solid tumor indications.
