There are about 36633 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in France. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to explore and collect the perceptions, expectations and needs of CF patients about parenting. This will be done in the context of several small groups of patients led by a psychologist who will ensure that all the participants express themselves; he will encourage them to develop their points of view, their divergences and their common points about what constitutes to be a parent. The collected information should make it possible to develop and propose adapted medico-psycho-social interventions, if necessary, in connection with patient associations
The purpose of this study will be to demonstrate improvement of the T regulatory cells (Treg) response, under add on low-dose Interleukin 2 (ld-IL2) in patients with bipolar disorders experiencing a depressive relapse
To establish the safety and effectiveness of the Boston Scientific Cardiac Cryoablation System for treatment of symptomatic, drug refractory, recurrent, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF).
The main objective of the study is to characterize the diffusion of dolutegravir and associated backbone (abacavir/lamivudine or tenofovir/emtricitabine) in HIV-1 chronic patients in the main putative reservoirs, namely inguinal lymph nodes, rectal, fat tissues and sperm.
The purpose of this observational study is to assess effectiveness and tolerability of gliclazide MR 60mg during RAMADAN in a real world setting in 9 countries from Asia Pacific and Middle East/North Africa
In this project, the investigators are interested in a particular population, that of elderly subjects who used the SAMU after a fall and who are not hospitalized or are hospitalized less than 24 hours. The scientific literature concerning this population is poor . However, this is a particularly vulnerable population. The Direction of research, studies, evaluation and statistics (DREES) report notes that in 2005 in metropolitan France, 24% of people aged 65 to 75 said they had fallen in the last 12 months. Home falls among seniors may require emergency medical services (EMS).
Inflammatory rhinitis is a side effect observed in patients treated with biotherapies in the context of chronic bowel disease (IBD) or spondylartrhopathy (SPA). This damage is still poorly described in the literature. I The objective of this study is to study the associated characteristics of crustal rhinitis in a cohort of patients treated with biotherapy for chronic inflammatory disease (IBD, SPA, psoriasis).
Midline catheter is a peripherally-inserted catheter, with the distal tip being placed into the axillary vein. For some indications, it's an alternative to the peripheral insert central catheters in case of limited venous access and infusions less than one month. The Midline catheter is poorly described in scientific literature; therefore, the aim of the study is to determinate the incidence of adverse events (Infections and thrombosis) and risk factors for patients with this device.
Interventional study with minimal risks and constraints, prospective, monocentric.
The general objective of the study is to confirm the medium/long-term safety and clinical performance of the CELLIS Rectopexy membrane used in rectal prolapse repair by ventral rectopexy and to identify emerging risks in comparison to the clinical data related to other types of fixation material. The present study will be a prospective multicentric non-randomized and non-controlled trial involving 55 patients followed for 24 months. The study will be conducted in France in 3 investigational centres.
