Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study will investigate the efficacy and safety compared to placebo and the safety compared to ustekinumab of brodalumab in adolescents with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The study will also investigate if brodalumab affects development of vaccination-induced immune responses. The study will run over 62-64 weeks (including screening, treatment, and safety follow-up) for each participant, but with the primary endpoint measured at Week 12.

NCT ID: NCT04289259 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Tumor Mutational Burden in Lung Cancer Patients

MUBULUC
Start date: June 10, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Tumor mutational burden (TMB) seems to be is an important marker for immune checkpoint inhibitors efficacy. This study aims to assess the feasibility of the TMB assessment in first-line lung cancer in routine practice both on biopsy and surgical tumor samples. Results will be an element of discussion for the generalization of the TMB implementation in cancer centers.

NCT ID: NCT04286906 Terminated - Asthma Clinical Trials

Multidimensional Assessment of Dyspnea in Asthma

MIDAS
Start date: May 18, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Breathlessness is a symptom of asthma that occurs in relation with lower airway obstruction. However, this sensation is not specific of asthma and may be the expression of other disorders. In particular, it can testify to anxiety or hyperventilation, two disorders frequently associated with asthma. The systematic interpretation of dyspnea as a manifestation of asthma in asthmatic patients may lead to an inappropriate increase in asthma controllers. Identifying the cause of dyspnea in asthmatic patients (airway obstruction, anxiety or hyperventilation) is therefore crucial for the clinician. This could be facilitated by a multidimensional assessment of dyspnea, evaluating the kind of sensation felt by the patient (for example chest tightness, air hunger etc.) and emotions associated to respiratory sensations (for example anxiety, fear etc.). The objectives of this project are to assess: (1) the sensory and affective dimensions of dyspnea in asthma and, (2) their connection to asthma control, anxiety and depression.

NCT ID: NCT04286347 Terminated - Hiv Clinical Trials

HCV, HBV, HIV Testing During Consultation With Anesthesiologist

SAHARA
Start date: August 5, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of the study is to assess the feasibility of HCV, HBV, HIV testing (according to the national guidelines) during consultation with Anesthesiologist before a planned surgery in Lariboisiere Hospital, Paris, France. The feasibility will be the number of tested patients divided by the number of patients who should have been tested according to the national guidelines (for each virus).

NCT ID: NCT04282564 Terminated - Clinical trials for Cerebrovascular Accident

Improvement of Executive Functions With the CO-OP Method in the Adult Subject After Stroke

FéCO-OPSA
Start date: February 24, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The research focuses on top-down intervention approaches and more specifically on the Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) method in the rehabilitation of executive function disorders in adult post-stroke subjects in chronic phase. The main objective of this study is therefore to improve performance in significant activities of daily living for people with chronic post-stroke dysexecutive disorders.

NCT ID: NCT04281316 Terminated - Clinical trials for Adherence, Treatment

High-Flow in Hypercapnic Stable COPD Patients

HIGH-FLOW
Start date: September 23, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Monocentric, prospective, open, randomized 1:1, controlled study to evaluate the impact of nasal high-flow (NHF) on nocturnal transcutaneous PCO2 (PtCO2) compared to non-invasive ventilation ± Long-Term Oxygen Therapy (LTOT) in patients with a Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)-related hypercapnic respiratory failure.

NCT ID: NCT04276714 Terminated - Amputation Clinical Trials

Revofitâ„¢ System Evaluation on Residual Limb Pain in Amputee Patients

Start date: February 22, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

At the early stage of the amputation, the residual limb presents post-surgical fluctuations related to post-operative phase, which would need a frequent prosthetic adjustment. In most cases, the volume of residual limb is constant from 12 to 18 months after surgery. However, some daily fluctuations could appear due to an underlying vascular disease for example, which could be painful and impact the quality of life with a constant need of prosthetics adjustment. The goal of this study is to assess the effectiveness of a system-adjusted fitting in comparison with a standard fitting.

NCT ID: NCT04273269 Terminated - GM1 Gangliosidosis Clinical Trials

A Safety and Efficacy Study of LYS-GM101 Gene Therapy in Patients With GM1 Gangliosidosis

Start date: May 11, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

LYS-GM101 is a gene therapy for GM1 gangliosidosis intended to deliver a functional copy of the GLB1 gene to the central nervous system. This study will assess, in a 2-stage adaptive-design, the safety and efficacy of treatment in subjects with infantile GM1 gangliosidosis.

NCT ID: NCT04272203 Terminated - Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Determine Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of Intravenous ABBV-184 in Adult Participants With Previously Treated Cancers

Start date: May 5, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. This study focuses on two types of cancers: Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). AML (blood cancer) is cancer of the white blood cells (WBC). NSCLC (solid tumor) is a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to determine recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) and to see if the study drug is safe and able to treat patients who have AML and NSCLC. ABBV-184 is an investigational drug being developed for treatment of cancer. The study has two arms and two phases: AML arm and NSCLC arm; dose escalation and dose expansion phase. Adult participants with diagnosis of AML or NSCLC will be enrolled. In dose escalation phase, around 36 participants will be enrolled in each arm. In dose expansion phase, around 20 participants will be enrolled in each arm. The study will be conducted in approximately 50 sites across 10 countries. Participants will receive weight based intravenous (IV) infusion of ABBV-184 once a week. At the beginning of the study, visits will occur daily during hospitalization followed by less frequently over time. There will be a higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects, and questionnaires.
