There are about 36633 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in France. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up study aims to document the success and survival of the Axiom® BL X3 Implants up to 3 years after loading.
Study STX-478-101 is a multipart, open-label, phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of STX-478 in participants with advanced solid tumors with certain mutations. Part 1 will evaluate STX-478 as monotherapy in participants with advanced solid tumors and breast cancer; Part 2 will evaluate STX-478 therapy as combination therapy with fulvestrant in participants with breast cancer. Each study part will include a 28-day screening period, followed by treatment with STX-478 monotherapy or combination therapy.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and the efficacy of SMART101 (Human T Lymphoid Progenitors (HTLP)) injection to accelerate immune reconstitution after haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) with post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PT-Cy) in adult patients with hematological malignancies.
Clubfoot is an orthopedic congenital malformation of the lower limb of the newborn evaluated by the Dimeglio score. There is a deficit of muscular balance between the agonists and antagonists to the deformity. The Dimeglio score takes into account the muscular activity but only up to one point out of 20. This study proposes to use a muscle scale inspired by the Dimeglio score to see if there is a correlation between muscle activity and the risk of tenotomy before 1 year. It will also assess the inter-examiner reproducibility of this scale. This study is a prospective cohort study with a duration of 8 years to include about 100 feet. Infants with idiopathic Clubfoot treated with the functional method at up to 15 days of life will be included. Feet will be assessed at an inclusion visit and then at 3-6-12 months. The primary endpoint will be the need for Achilles tenotomy before 1 year of age. The secondary endpoint will be inter-examiner reproducibility determined by statistical analysis. The expectation of this study would be to define a predictive factor of the evolution of the PBVE in order to refine the treatment earlier.
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of aficamten (CK-3773274) compared with metoprolol succinate in adults with symptomatic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and left ventricular outflow tract obstruction
Heterokaryotypic monozygotic twins discordant for Down syndrome (DS) are very rare, with an incidence estimated to be less than 1 over 7,000,000 pregnancy in the general population. Sharing the same genetic patrimony, except for an additional chromosome 21 for one of them, any gene-expression difference between them could be attributed only to the supernumerary chromosome 21 and not to polymorphic variability in the rest of the genome. The setting up of a prospective longitudinal study will offer the major advantage of allowing genetic and epigenetic comparisons between them and to obtain important information on the impact of the environment in which they live and grow up.
Analyze genetic and biological markers in patients with Intellectual Deficiencies (ID) of genetic origin in order to better understand the mechanisms of modified genes, cellular mechanisms, pathways involved in different disorders , complications and pathologies associated with ID of genetic origin.
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of secukinumab 300 milligram (mg) and 150 mg administered subcutaneously (s.c.) for 52 weeks in combination with prednisone tapered over 24 weeks in adult participants with PMR who have recently relapsed.
A study to investigate bowel urgency in adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) treated with mirikizumab. The study will have 4 periods and will last for 36 weeks.
Investigators seek to propose a non-drug therapeutic alternative, namely a mindfulness meditation protocol based on virtual reality training in order to induce progressive modifications of various indicators of craving. The study hypothesis is that the practice of mindfulness meditation in a virtual reality environment reduces the craving induced by cues and stress and therefore ultimately smoking relapse. The main objective of the protocol will be to demonstrate that mindfulness meditation can reduce long-term relapse (continuous cessation (> 30 days) of smoking cessation). The participants will be randomized into two groups: the experimental group will perform six virtual reality sessions in a multisensory cabin at the rate of one session per week; the control group will be prescribed the gold standard treatment (nicotine patches and chewing gum). Participants will be seen again at three and six months to assess whether or not there has been a smoking relapse.
