Plasma Activated Saline in Wound Treatment

This is a prospective, open-label, randomized, parallel controlled clinical trial. The purpose of this study is to understand the application value of plasma-activated normal saline in the treatment of different types of wounds. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. What is the effect of plasma activated normal saline in promoting wound healing of different types? 2. What is the safety of plasma activated normal saline in the treatment of wound surface? Subjects will be randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group will receive wound treatment with plasma activated normal saline, and the control group will receive routine dressing change treatment.

Plasmodium Immunotherapy for Advanced Ovarian Cancer

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Plasmodium immunotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer. This study plans to enroll 30 patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Each patient is inoculated with Plasmodium vivax 1-5 × 10^6, observe the time when the parasite is detected in the peripheral blood of the subjects after the inoculation of Plasmodium, the change of the parasite density in the peripheral blood of the whole treatment cycle and the control effect of the drug on the parasite density, the main clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory test indicators, immunological test indicators and changes in the quality of life. To evaluate the safety and tolerance of the subjects to Plasmodium immunotherapy, as well as the changes of tumor related indicators and immunological indicators.

Preclinical Research of mμSORS for Noninvasive Blood Glucose Detection

This is a single-center, open-label, prospective study. Blood glucose was measured at different time points during oral glucose tolerance testing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, using both venous plasma and multi-channel microspatial offset Raman scattering spectroscopy (mμSORS). Venous plasma glucose was set as gold standard.The two measurements were collected synchronously so as to calculate the mean absolute relative difference (MARD) and the consensus error grid (CEG). Accuracy of non-invasive blood glucose testing by mμSORS will be validated. MARD for two measurement methods in different blood glucose ranges and the safety outcomes of mμSORS such as adverse events will also be assessed.

The goal of this multicentric randomized controlled clinical trial is to test the role of mobile medical application (APP) on adjuvant therapy compliance and quality of life (QoL) in patients with early breast cancer. Participants assigned to the Ruijin Breast Cancer APP (RJBC-APP) group can receive treatment reminders, matters needing attention as well as science knowledge and they can communicate with the medical staff during adjuvant treatments while follow-up can only be conducted in outpatient clinic for those in the Control group.
