NCT ID: NCT04934592 Recruiting - Parkinson Disease Clinical Trials

Correlation Between Non-motor Symptoms and Malnutrition in Patients With Parkinson's Disease

Start date: June 30, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This study used Mini Nutrition Assessment (MNA) , Nutrition risk screening 2002(NRS-2002) and Non-motor Symptom Quest (NMSquest) to investigate the nutritional status of patients with Parkinson's disease, to analyze the correlation between non-motor symptoms and malnutrition in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) , and to provide evidence for clinical treatment and early nutritional intervention.

NCT ID: NCT04934514 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

Clinical Study of IAH0968 in Patients With HER2-positive Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: July 6, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase I/IIa study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of IAH0968 in patients with HER2-positive advanced solid tumors who have failed standard treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04933669 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

Prospective Multicenter Clinical Study of Neoadjuvant Imatinib Mesylate for Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

ZJGIST-01
Start date: September 7, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The R0 resection rate of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) with high recurrence risk was relatively low, and the relapse-free survival rate was relatively low, which needed to be further improved. A few retrospective analyses and a small sample of prospective studies have found that neoadjuvant therapy with imatinib mesylate can improve R0 resection rates. Whether neoadjuvant therapy prolongs long-term survival remains unclear. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate 5-year progression-free survival (PFS) for GIST patients with high recurrence risk after neoadjuvant treatment with imatinib mesylate.

NCT ID: NCT04933643 Recruiting - Capsule Endoscopy Clinical Trials

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Gastric Preparation Quality for MCCG

Start date: June 22, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The invention of magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy makes the movement of capsule endoscope in the body controllable. Endoscopic doctors can adjust the angle of capsule observation to examine gastric mucosa according to the need of examination. However, The presence of food residue, air bubbles, mucus and bile in the gastric cavity will affect the observation of gastric mucosa by capsule endoscopy. it will reduce the completion rate of capsule endoscopy, and even lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the quality of gastroscopy gastric environmental preparation of magnetically capsule.

NCT ID: NCT04933526 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in Chronic Phase

The Efficacy and Safety of Switching to Flumatinib Versus Dasatinib After Imatinib-related Low-grade Adverse Events in CML-CP Patients

Start date: July 1, 2021
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy and safety of switching to flumatinib versus dasatinib after imatinib-related low-grade adverse events in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (CML-CP) in China. This is a post-marketing, interventional, double-arm, prospective, open-label, randomized controlled study in CML-CP patients in China. Patients will be recruited consecutively from the study sites during the enrollment period. The enrolled patients will be given flumatinib or dasatinib under the conditions of informed consent and frequent monitoring according to the clinical guideline.

NCT ID: NCT04933292 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Primary Biliary Cirrhosis

A Randomised Clinical Trial Assessing the Efficacy and Safety of Mycophenolate Mofetil Versus Azathioprine for Induction of Remission in Treatment Primary Biliary Cholangitis-Autoimmune Hepatitis Overlap Syndrome

Start date: June 16, 2021
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Current standard therapy of primary biliary cholangitis-autoimmune hepatitis overlap syndrome(PBC-AIH overlap) consists of a combination of prednisolone and azathioprine. However, a significant proportion of patients may do not respond to, or is intolerant for azathioprine. Several studies have documented the efficacy and safety of mycophenolate mofetil(MMF) as second-line therapy for PBC-AIH overlap. However, robust evidence from a formal randomized clinical trial for the first-line immunosuppressor is in need.

NCT ID: NCT04933214 Recruiting - Crohn Disease Clinical Trials
