This study is a multicenter, prospective, randomized, controlled research design. This study takes classic NSAIDs treatment as a control, and it will take patients' pain relief, functional improvement, sleep quality improvement, and adverse reactions as the main and secondary evaluation indicators to explore the safety and effectiveness of weak laser treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain, determining the dominant disease in the treatment of Chronic pain.
Aplastic anemia (AA) is a group of clinical syndromes caused by a significant decrease in bone marrow hematopoietic tissue from different etiologies, resulting in hematopoietic failure. Treatment options for patients with aplastic anemia are very limited. In a phase II/III, multicenter, open-label study exploring the efficacy and safety of romiplostim, the primary endpoint showed an overall response rate of 84% [95% CI 66-95%] at week 27. However, there are no prospective clinical data exploring whether romiplostim combined with ciclosporin (CsA) can further improve efficacy than ciclosporin monotherapy in newly diagnosed NSAA. Therefore, we aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of romiplostim in combination with CsA versus CsA monotherapy.
Stroke is the leading cause of disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) in China, imposing a heavy burden on society and families. Endovascular therapy (EVT) has opened the 2.0 era of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) treatment, but still up to 1/3 of patients have poor neurological prognosis. The results of several studies at home and abroad and by our team indicate that anesthesia method and perioperative management are one of the key factors affecting the neurological prognosis of EVT treatment in AIS patients. Based on machine learning big data analysis methods, a prognostic model for EVT treatment of AIS patients can be established to guide individualized treatment decisions. Current prediction models only include patients' baseline variables, and lack the inclusion of intraoperative (anesthesia management and interventional process) and postoperative (intensive monitoring treatment) variables, which limits the clinical application of prediction tools. We will establish a large prospective cohort database including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative variables, integrate heterogeneous information from multiple sources based on artificial intelligence machine learning algorithms, and build prognostic prediction models with better clinical applicability and calibration, with the aim of optimizing perioperative management of endovascular therapy, guiding individualized clinical decision-making, and improving patients' clinical prognosis.
This is a multicenter, two-arm, open-label, randomized controlled phase III clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tunlametinib capsule in comparison with the combination chemotherapy of investigator's choice in advanced melanoma patients with NRAS mutation who have received immunotherapy before. Subjects were stratified according to the baseline lactate dehydrogenase level and chemotherapy.
The present case-control study is designed to investigate the disease characteristics of IR-CAD by comparing the demographics, clinical features, lab results, imaging findings, and prior treatment between 20 patients with IR-CAD and 10 patients with AS-CAD.
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Chiglitazar Added to Patients with type 2 diabetes who do not respond well to metformin combined with insulin glargine. The main question it aims to answer are: • T2DM patients still cannot effectively control their blood sugar with the combination of insulin and metformin. The combination of follow-up treatment and hypoglycemic drugs is worth exploring, and it is necessary to explore and confirm the combination of effective and safe drugs for insulin resistance on the basis of the above treatment plans. Participants will be asked to receive either Chiglitazar or placebo in addition to metformin and insulin glargine 18 weeks. Researchers will compare placebo groups to see if the effective effect and safety indicators of Chiglitazar for reducing insulin dosage, lowering blood sugar, regulating blood lipids.
In a randomized controlled phase II/III clinical trial, 58% of patients with lower-risk MDS had at least a 50% reduction in red blood cell (RBC) transfusion units every 8 weeks after roxadustat treatment. In a randomized controlled phase III clinical trial, luspatercept significantly improved transfusion dependence in erythropoietin-stimulating agents (ESA)-refractory MDS-RS and improved hemoglobin response and quality of life, compared to placebo. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of roxadustat combined with luspatercept versus luspatercept monotherapy in the treatment of refractory MDS-RS.
Infertile patients attending IVF treatment at the Centre of Assisted Reproduction and Embryology, Queen Mary Hospital and Kwong Wah Hospital will be recruited during ovarian stimulation for IVF. Subsequently, they will be randomly assigned on the day of oocyte retrieval by a laboratory staff into one of the following two groups: (1) the microfluidic chip group and (2) the density gradient group for sperm preparation and subsequent use in fertilization. Other IVF procedures will be the same as our usual practice. Both patients and clinicians were blinded from the group allocation i.e. a double blind study. The primary outcome is the cumulative live birth rate defined as the number of pregnancies leading to live birth within 6 months of randomisation.
Hypoxia is a common adverse event during sedated hysteroscopy for assisted reproduction, and it is more likely to occur in overweight or obese patients. In sedated gastroscopy, the incidence of hypoxia with remimazolam is lower than that with propofol. The present study is a single-center, randomized, single-blind, controlled clinical trial. Overweight or obese patients undergoing sedated hysteroscopy for diagnosis and treatment, with ASA grade I or II, were selected as subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 300 subjects in each group. Sedation induction and maintenance are performed using remimazolam or propofol combined with remifentanil, respectively, to compare the incidence of hypoxia during surgery between the two groups of patients.

The results of a previous clinical study showed good efficacy and a high safety profile of herombopag in improving thrombocytopenia, but this result needs to be supported by more data. In our study, patients who were willing to participate in this study and were diagnosed with transfusion-dependent non-heavy aplastic anemia were randomized to the rhTPO combined with herombopag + cyclosporine group and given rhTPO (at a dose of 1500 U by subcutaneous injection once daily for 7 d, 28 d for 3 courses) +Herombopag(10 mg/day for 3 months) + cyclosporine (3-5 mg/kg/d for 3 months). -5 mg/kg/d for at least 6 months) and herombopag + cyclosporine (10 mg/day for 3 months) + cyclosporine (3-5 mg/kg/d for at least 6 months) in the herombopag+ cyclosporine group to observe the efficacy and safety.
