NCT ID: NCT05069220 Recruiting - Neuroblastoma Clinical Trials

18F-MFBG PET/CT in the Evaluation of Neural Crest Tumor

Start date: September 1, 2021
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic performance and tumor burden of 18F-metafluorobenzylguanidine (18F-MFBG) positron emission tomography (PET) in patients with neuroendocrine tumors mainly in pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PPGL) and neuroblastoma (NB).

NCT ID: NCT05069194 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Study on the Etiology, Risk Factors and Pathogenesis of COPD Based on Clinical Bioinformatics

Start date: December 10, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The risk factors and causes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)are not clear, so the prevalence of COPD is high and the prevention effect is not good. Because the pathogenesis of COPD is not completely elucidated, the diagnosis and classification of COPD are inaccurate which resulting in poor efficacy of treatment. Therefore, it is of great scientific and clinical significance to find out the risk factors and causes of COPD, to clarify its pathogenesis, to put forward the prevention and early intervention measures of COPD, to warn the occurrence of COPD, to predict the deterioration of the disease, to reduce the occurrence of COPD and to slow down the progress of COPD. The project establishes a cohort of COPD people,high-risk group and the healthy group. The project studys the risk factors, etiology and pathogenesis of COPD. The project studys the interaction between genetic factors and environmental factors on COPD and its effect on pathogenesis, progression and outcome of COPD.

NCT ID: NCT05068921 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Cervical Cancer

A Clinical Trial to Evaluate Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics of TQB2858 Injection in Subjects With Advanced Malignancy

Start date: December 9, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A phase I clinical trial of tolerability and pharmacokinetics of TQB2858 injection in subjects with advanced malignancy.

NCT ID: NCT05068895 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2

Assessment of Metabolic Profiles of Lower Extremity Arterial Disease in Patiens Withe Type 2 Diabetes

Start date: June 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The prevalence of lower extremity arterial disease (LEAD) in patients with diabetes increases significantly and are characterized with obvious arteriosclerosis that are caused by multiple metabolic disorders. Metabolomics measures the metabolites in biological fluids or tissues that generated under certain conditions via rapidly evolving high-throughput technology. Herein, the investigators designed the study to characterize the serum metabolic profiles of LEAD patients and identify metabolic biomarkers using metabolomics. The serum of volunteers, type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients with or without LEAD were collected and analyzed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) coupled with a series of multivariate statistical analyses.

NCT ID: NCT05068856 Recruiting - Advanced Tumors Clinical Trials

A Study of HRS2543 in Patients With Advanced Tumors

Start date: December 28, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

To assess the safety and tolerability of HRS2543 in patients with advanced tumors and to determine the recommended phase II dose (RP2D) of HRS2543

NCT ID: NCT05068440 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Treatment of CD79B Mutant Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma With Bruton Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Zanubrutinib

Start date: August 11, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Study consists of a single arm to explore the efficacy and safety of zanubrutinib in participants with CD79B mutant Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT05068349 Recruiting - Stroke Clinical Trials

For Patients With Ischemic Stroke, Clinically Study the Effectiveness and Safety of Butylphthalide.

Start date: May 7, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, open, single-arm, the real world of clinical trials. The researchers plan to recruit 300 eligible patients. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of butylphthalide in the treatment of ischemic stroke, and to establish a population pharmacokinetic model of butylphthalide in elderly patients to explore its blood drug concentration. Correlation with its efficacy and adverse reactions.

NCT ID: NCT05068206 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Unresectable Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Start date: October 8, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A clinical study to compare the efficacy and safety of AK105 plus anlotinib and Capecitabine/Oxaliplatin (CapeOx) , anlotinib plus CapeOx, bevacizumab plus CapeOx. A total of 120 cases will be enrolled to the group.

NCT ID: NCT05068180 Recruiting - Prostatic Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Low-dose Neuroleptanalgesia for Postoperative Delirium in Elderly Patients

Start date: October 5, 2021
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Postoperative delirium(POD)is a common complication that can directly affect important clinical outcomes, and exert an enormous burden on patients, their families, hospitals, and public resources. In order to evaluate whether an intraoperative administration of low-dose neuroleptanalgesia reduces postoperative delirium, droperidol 1.25 mg and fentanyl 0.025 mg or normal saline is used by intravenous injection 30 minutes before the end of the operation, in elderly patients with non-cardiac major surgery under general anesthesia. The efficiency and safety of neuroleptanalgesia on the incidence of POD would be evaluated in elderly patients.
