The Efficacy and Safety of Temozolomide in Patients With MPPGL

Metastatic pheochromocytoma / paraganglioma (MPP) are rare while the prognosis was poor. Temozolomide (TMZ) is a novel oral alkylation chemotherapeutic agent. TMZ has been recommended in National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Guidelines Version 1.2019 for treating MPP patients.However, studies investigating TMZ efficacy in MPP patients are extremely limited. The largest study involved only 15 patients till date. The safety and efficacy of TMZ treatment in MPP patients need to be verified in larger studies.

This study evaluated the safety, tolerability and PK/PD characteristics of LPM3480392 injection by intravenous infusion at different rates in healthy subjects.The experiment was divided into Part A and Part B. Part A is a open label ,three cycle , fixed sequence dosing study .Twelve healthy male subjects were planned to be enrolled, and the same dose (X1mg)of LPM3480392 injection was intravenously injected at different infusion times in different drug administration cycles. Part B is an open label ,two cycle , fixed sequence dosing study .Ten healthy male subjects (subjects not enrolled in Part A) were given LPM3480392 injection in 2 minutes , each subject was given X2mg at the first cycle and X3mg at the second cycle .

Scheme of Limb Warming Blanket Combined With Dexmedetomidine

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of lower limb warming blanket combined with dexmedetomidine (DEX) in preventing postoperative delirium (POD) and chills in elderly patients undergoing spinal surgery. Methods: A total of 160 elderly patients undergoing posterior spinal surgery under general anesthesia were selected and divided into control group (group N), heating group (group T), DEX group (group D) and heating combined with DEX group (group TD) according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. T group and TD group routine insulation and lower limb heating blanket. DEX was injected in group D and group TD. The dosage of anesthetics, the changes of body temperature and heart rate at different time points during operation, and the occurrence of postoperative chills and POD were compared among the groups.

Efficacy and Safety of Rifasutenizol (TNP 2198) in Participants With H. Pylori Infection

A multi-center, randomized, double-blind, bismuth-containing quadruple active comparator-controlled Phase 3 clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Rifasutenizol in combination with rabeprazole and amoxicillin in the primary treatment of participants with H. pylori infection using an adaptive design with sample size re-estimation. Subjects will be randomly assigned to test group or control group at a 1:1 ratio stratified by study site, and will receive Rifasutenizol capsules, rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets, amoxicillin capsules combined with clarithromycin placebo tablets and bismuth potassium citrate placebo capsules (test group), or bismuth-containing quadruple regimen of amoxicillin capsules, clarithromycin tablets, rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and bismuth potassium citrate capsules combined with RSZ placebo capsules (control group) for 14 consecutive days. 13C UBT will be performed 4 6 weeks after the last dose to evaluate the eradication effect of H. pylori.
