There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
An open experimental design was used in this study, and 240 subjects were planned to be enrolled. To evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of recombinant Novel Coronavirus vaccine (CHO cells) after sequential intensification in populations vaccinated with two doses of marketed Novel Coronavirus inactivated vaccine.
Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is one of the most common and distressing postoperative complications. PONV risk assessment is recommanded to determine the number of medications or strategies for prophylaxis. Many well-known risk factors have been determined. However, no study has explored liver surgery-specific risk factors. This study aims to identify whether there was an association between portal vein occlusion and PONV among patients after liver surgery. Patients diagnosed with liver cancer and undergoing hepatectomy will be prospectively consecutively recruited. All enrolled patients receive PONV assessments within the first 24 postoperative hours. Logistic regression models will be used to investigate the effects of portal vein occlusion and the other variables on the occurrence of PONV in both univariate and multivariate analyses
Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) was commonly impaired in atrial fibrillation patients. Depression, anxiety, and illness perception are psychological correlates of HRQoL. Our previous study had shown good effects of CBT on the quality of life in AF patients. This study aimed to establish the long-term efficacy of CBT on both psychological distress and HRQoL. Method: The study was a prospective, open study, pseudo-randomization with a pretest-posttest design and a 6-month follow-up. A total of 102 patients with paroxysmal AF were enrolled, and 90 patients were assigned (1:1) to 10 weeks of CBT focused on anxiety symptoms or to treat as usual in the end. Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-12), GAD-7, PHQ-9, University of Toronto Atrial Fibrillation (AFSS), and Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire (BIPQ) were measured as outcomes.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relative bioavailability of the new formulation of HRS9531 injection between the original formulation of HRS9531 injection.

A prospective and observational clinical study of measuring the range of cardiac magnetic parameters in healthy people with the magnetocardiogram manufactured by Hangzhou Nuochi Life Science Co., LTD
The aim of the study is to compare the safety and efficacy of the basket catheter with that of the balloon catheter for endoscopic extraction of pancreatic stones.
This is a single-center, randomized, open, six-sequence, three-period crossover phase I clinical trial in healthy subjects to compare the PK/PD and safety profiles of single dose of HR20014, INS068, and INS062. In this study, 12 subjects were randomly assigned to 6 administration sequences in a ratio of 1:1:1:1:1:1, and HR20014, INS068 or INS062 injection were given subcutaneously three times before and after each sequence.
The study was designed to explore the clinical feasibility of XTR003, a PET myocardial fatty-acid tracer, for the detection of viable myocardium in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD).
The diagnostic efficacy and safety of the XTR004 myocardial perfusion PET imaging tracer are evaluated for known or suspected CAD with the use of invasive coronary angiography as the reference standard for the diagnosis of CAD and invasive pressure-temperature FFR/IMR as a reference for the detection of abnormal coronary function.
