There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Patients with parkinson disease (PD) usually reduced the dose the levodopa after received deep brain stimulation (DBS). However, studies seldomly mentioned about the influences on non-motors systems after the reduction. Our study focused on the changes after DBS and attribute them to the levodopa variety.
This study is a single center, randomized controlled clinical study. The enrolled patients are HP positive. They are diagnosed as HP positive by rapid urease test and/or 13C urea breath test. According to the declaration of Helsinki, 327 patients will be included in this study. After obtaining the written informed consent of the patients, HP culture and drug sensitivity test will be conducted on all the selected patients with the success rate, adverse reactions, compliance, antibiotic resistance of HP and its impact on HP eradication.
The goal of this interventional clinical study is to study whether the consumption of QiMeiYan Probiotics in 25-35 young people with Mild irritable bowel syndrome (IBS Score 75 - 175) will reduce the frequency of Diarrhea. 140 eligible participants (70 males and 70 females) will be enrolled in two study sites and randomly assigned to two groups of products QiMeiYan Probiotics and placebo. All participants will consume assigned products once a day after meals and record the critical data such as photo of feces. Three site visits will be arranged and all clinical data will be captured and recorded into CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) for statistical analysis. Researchers will compare the two groups to validate if the daily consumption of QiMeiYan Probiotics will reduce the frequency of Diarrhea in the study population.
This study exploring the expression characteristics of different cells of peripheral blood after exposure to two kinds of hemodialysis filter membrane materials will help to elucidate the key mechanisms of hemodialysis filter coagulation occurrence, which is an important guideline for reducing the occurrence of adverse events in hemodialysis.
The goal of this study is to examine the efficacy of acupuncture in the management of acute postoperative urinary retention. Clinical question: Is acupuncture efficacious for postoperative urinary retention after hemorrhoidectomy compared with sham acupuncture and neostigmine. Study design: The participants who undergo hemorrhoidectomy and report postoperative urinary retention will receive one session of acupuncture or sham acupuncture or one injection of 1-mg neostigmine. The primary outcome was the time to first urination after surgery.
This study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccine as a heterologous booster dose in adults who completed 2 doses of inactivated vaccination through 12 months in China.
A phase 1, randomized, double-blind, parallel group, single-dose study to compare the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, safety and immunogenicity of two formulations of Omalizumab (CMAB007 and Xolair) in healthy subjects.
Background: The pathogenesis of NMOSD has been linked to the cytokines interleukins (IL) -6, NOD-, LRR-and pyrin domain-containing 3 (NLRP3) and IL-18 that contribute to development of inflammatory reactionsmay. Although azathioprine (AZA) is efficacious in preventing NMOSD recurrence, it may have adverse effects (AEs) maybe related to the plasma concentrations. Objective: We would monitor the blood concentrations of AZA in NMOSD, and their relationship with cytokines, severity, efficacy, and safety range of the drug. Methods: A total of 53 NMOSD patients were included in the study, which included 20 patients who had received AZA treatment within 1 month, and 16 patients who had received AZA treatment within 6 months, as well as 17 patients who had received AZA treatment at least 12 months. The patient's immunotherapy regimen was low-dose hormone combined with AZA. AZA was started at small doses and added every two weeks after no AEs, namely 50 mg qd for two weeks, 50mg bid for two weeks, and maintained at 50mg tid. The following clinical data were collected: gender, age, clinical symptoms, EDSS score, number of recurrences and AEs, etc. Healthy controls (HC) comprised 10 individuals. AZA metabolite concentrations 6-thioguaninenucleotides (6-TGN) and 6-methylmercaptopurine nucleotides (6-MMPN) were measured by High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Levels of IL-6, NLRP3 and IL-18 were measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
Aim: To develop a suitable radiation optic neuropathy (RON) diagnostic model based on optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) and to reveal the correlation between endocrine and OCTA indexes in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients with radiation encephalopathy (RE). Methods: This retrospective cross-sectional study included 80 male NPC patients with RE following radiotherapy (40 non-RON and 40RON). Endocrine and OCTA indexes were collected. The macular and peripapillary vessel density (VD) were automatically analyzed using AngioVue 2.0 of the RTVue XR Avanti device. The OCTA indexes were included in the multivariable binary logistic regression model between non-RON and RON. For all RE patients, a multiple linear regression was performed between each of the OCTA indexes and the endocrine indexes.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and safety of a single dose of JT001 in adult subjects with mild and moderate renal impairment compared to healthy mean-matched subjects. The results of this study will guide the clinical recommendation regarding whether or not a dose adjustment may be needed when treating patients with renal impairment.
