A Study to Evaluate the Bioavailability, Food Effect and Pharmacokinetics of Deuremidevir Hydrobromide for Suspension

This study is divided into three parts: bioavailability study (hereinafter referred to as "BA study"), food effect study (hereinafter referred to as "FE study") and pharmacokinetic characteristics study (hereinafter referred to as "PK characteristics study"). A total of 38 subjects are planned to be enrolled. The three parts of the study can be carried out simultaneously, and there is no order requirement. The subjects will be assigned to one of them according to the enrollment order. Dose selection is 100mg, 300mg and 25mg.

Study of the Therapeutic Effects of Naohuan Dan and Idebenone in Treating Mild Cognitive Impairment With Kidney Deficiency and Phlegm Stasis

This study conducted a retrospective analysis of 64 patients with mild cognitive impairment of the kidney deficiency phlegm and stasis type who underwent treatment with Naohuan Dan combined with Idebenone. The patients' cognitive function was evaluated using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) before and after treatment. Daily living abilities were assessed using the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) scale, depression status was evaluated using the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS), and the severity of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome was assessed using the TCM diagnostic scale. Peripheral blood from the patients was also collected for analysis of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and inflammatory factors. The aim was to evaluate the safety and feasibility of using Naohuan Dan combined with Idebenone for the treatment of mild cognitive impairment of the kidney deficiency phlegm and stasis type.

The Effect of Aquatic Rehabilitation on Knee Function in Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Patients.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the applicability and effectiveness of an aquatic rehabilitation training program with a conventional land-based rehabilitation program in terms of lower extremity biomechanics and knee function in Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction (ACLR) patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Does aquatic rehabilitation accelerate the recovery of gait symmetry and muscle function in patients after ACLR? - Previous studies have not uncovered the training characteristics of aquatic rehabilitation, which allow for training movements that cannot be performed on land, and it is unknown whether these different training movement characteristics are more effective for patients with ACLR. Participants were randomly divided into an aquatic rehabilitation group (AR) and a land-based rehabilitation group (LR), and each group performed 70-90 minutes of training per session for a total of 6 sessions. This included warm-up activities, mobility training, strength training, functional exercises, and finishing activities. Each training session was conducted 1-2 days apart, 2-3 sessions per week, and the training was completed within 2-3 weeks.
