There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study is a single-center, open label phase I clinical study to characterize the DDIs potential of ZSP1273 With Warfarin and Midazolam in Chinese healthy participants. This study also aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ZSP1273 in the presence of Warfarin and Midazolam.
This is a randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial of computer-aided detection (CADe) system for the adjuvant diagnosis of intestinal polyps/adenomas ever conducted in a Chinese population. In addition, this study will evaluate the effect of CADe system on adenoma detection of endoscopists under fatigue.
This is a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase II clinical study of KX-826 in Chinese adult male patients with AGA.
The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of angiopuncture therapy in pain alleviation for postoperative pain patients. The study involved patients aged 20-65 with acute foot and ankle trauma and pain after surgery. Physicians used handheld ultrasound Doppler to measure perforators, puncture participants with a filiform needle, and monitor pain scores and heart rate data before and after acupuncture. The duration of therapy was 20 minutes per day for 72 hours, with pain measured using the numerical rating scale. The study aimed to compare the outcomes before and after angiopuncture.
The Gastric Bypass Stent System is intended to be used in weight loss treatment for obesity in patients with a BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2. In this clinical investigation the Sponsor seeks to demonstrate the safety and performance of the Gastric Bypass Stent System for its proposed indication in weight loss treatment for obesity in the China.
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Formaderm Young Dermal Filler Injection, which is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler injected into the mid to deep dermis for the correction of moderate-to-severe nasolabial fold facial wrinkles. The main questions it aims to answer are: - The differences of Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale (WSRS) after the injection. - The treatment improvement assessed by Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale (GAIS). - Safety Indicators of which incidences on the day of the injection or after the injection. Participants will be blinded and randomized into either experiment group or control group, and re-visited on 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 month after injection. Researchers will compare if the test product is non-inferiority to Restylane.
The goal of this pilot study is to examine predefined parameters (sample size, capacity building, acceptance by community-dwelling older people (participants) and care providers) to evaluate the feasibility of implementing World Health Organization's ICOPE (integrated care for older people) approach in China. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Whether it is feasible to implement the ICOPE approach in China; 2. Whether the integrated care approach would make any difference in health outcomes and resource utilization. Participating older adults receiving integrated care (Intervention Group) are compared to those receiving usual care (Control Group) in order to answer the two questions above.
The Intersphincteric resection (ISR) technique is an alternative for anal preservation in ultra-low rectal cancer. The transanal total mesorectal excision (TaTME) technique might compensate for the deficiencies of ISR in terms of tumor spillage and poor surgical field exposure. Thus, the investigators perform ISR through a transanal endoscopic approach (taE-ISR), seeking to evaluate the value of this innovative technique in anal preservation in ultra-low rectal cancer.
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the effect of steroid therapy in patients with COVID-19 ARDS. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Differences between patients with COVID-19 ARDS before and after steroid treatment in BALF single cell landscape, as well as patients with different prognosis. - Differences between COVID-19 and non COVID-19 ARDS patients in BALF single cell landscape. Participants will Choose whether to use or not to utilize steroid treatment based on conditions.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of single ascending (SAD) doses of QLM3003 compared to placebo. Also, pharmacokinetics (PK) of qlm3003 will be evaluated.
