The Effect of Covered Eye Walking on Electroencephalogram in Stroke Patients Compared With Open Eye Walking

Post-stroke walking abnormalities present significant rehabilitation challenges. Visual deprivation training has been shown to be more effective than open-eye training. The investigators intend to examine the changes in electroencephalography patterns in stroke patients during visually deprived walking tasks. The stroke participants will be fitted with a brain cap. The participants will walk with their eyes open for 60 seconds, and then their eyes will be blindfolded as they continue walking for another 60 seconds. Electroencephalography will monitor the signals in real-time during both walks.

The PKUBC-WF is a prospective cohort study carried out in Weifang city of Shandong, China. The primary aim of this study is to investigate the short-term and long-term effects of pre-pregnant and prenatal exposure on maternal and child health. Data are collected regarding environmental, nutritional and lifestyle exposures as well as short-term and long-term health outcomes of mothers and their children from birth to before 18 years old. Biological samples including peripheral blood, urine, placenta, umbilical cord, cord blood, and faeces are also collected.

Aerobic Dance During Chemotherapy in Breast Cancer Patients With Cognitive Impairment

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about breast cancer patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Does Aerobic Dance During Chemotherapy Improve Cognitive Function in Breast Cancer Patients? - Does the efficacy of aerobic dance differ from fast walking of equal intensity? Recruited patients will be randomly assigned to three groups: (1) aerobic dance group, (2) fast walking group, and (3) usual care group. The aerobic dance and fast-walking groups participated in supervised exercise lasting 50 minutes thrice a week for 12 weeks. The goal of this study's findings is to develop practical strategies for managing breast cancer-related cognitive impairment.

A Prospective, Open, Multicenter Single-arm Clinical Studie of Docetaxel, Carboplatin Combined With Inetetamab and Pyrotinib in the Treatment of Local-advanced HER2-positive Breast Cancer

This study is a prospective, open, multi-center, single arm trial. The treatment group will receive six cycles of docetaxel, carboplatin combined with Inetetamab and Pyrotinib before surgery. By focusing on tpCR (ypT0/is, ypN0) evaluated by pathology, the efficacy of docetaxel, carboplatin combined with Inetetamab and Pyrotinib in the preoperative treatment of locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer will be evaluated. During long-term follow-up, event-free survival (EFS), disease-free survival (DFS), distant metastasis-free survival (DDFS), overall survival (OS), central nervous system disease-free survival (CNSDFS) under this treatment regimen will be evaluated, and the efficacy-related biomarkers will be explored. The cardiotoxicity of Inetetamab and Pyrotinib in the treatment of breast cancer is also be evaluated.
