This is a multicenter, retrospective, observational study. Textbook outcome is a composite outcome measure for surgical quality assessment. The aim of this study was to assess textbook outcome following laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in China, identify factors independently associated with achieving textbook outcome and analyze hospital variations regarding the textbook outcome after case-mix adjustment.
This study intends to use the relevant case data of COVID-19 in Hubei Province, using big data processing and mining methods to evaluate the effects of clinical indicators, drug use and genes on the clinical prognosis of COVID-19 patients, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of these diseases and reduce the mortality.
It is reported that compared to chemotherapy alone, immunochemotherapy has significantly improved the overall survival of patients with advanced metastatic ESCC. However, there are still more than 30% of patients who cannot benefit from this treatment modality. In addition to these factors, the time-of-day infusion and administration sequence of immunochemotherapy have been reported to be associated with tumor responses and overall survival. In this study, The investigators aimed to explore the roles of infusion time and administration sequence of immunochemotherapy in predicting tumor responses and overall survival in patients with advanced ESCC.
The goal of this clinical trial was to assess the diagnostic performance and safety of Sodium Fluoride F-18 Positron Emission Tomography / Computed Tomography (18F-NaF-PET/CT) in bone metastases of malignant tumors compared with Technetium[99mTc] Methylenediphosphonate Bone Scintigraphy ± Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (99mTc-MDP-BS±SPECT). The enrolled subjects were randomly assigned to two sequences A and B at a ratio of 1:1. Within 7 days, 18F-NaF-PET/CT and 99mTc-MDP-BS±SPECT bone imaging were performed alternately. The sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value of 18F-NaF-PET/CT and 99mTc-MDP-BS±SPECT were calculated respectively based on the diagnostic data of standard of truth.
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the long-term efficacy of our previous study in acute ischemic stroke(AIS) patients who underwent either remote ischemic postconditioning(RIPC) or sham treatment after intravenous thrombolysis. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Dose the RIPC treatment combined with IV thrombolysis can improve the long-term functional outcome in AIS patients? - Dose the RIPC treatment combined with IV thrombolysis can improve the incidence rates of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality, recurrent stroke/TIA, new-onset clinical AF on this long-term follow-up? A single rater (A.E.P.) trained by an experienced stroke physician (S.T.E.) contacted patients, relatives, and family physicians to gather all available medical information on the following issues: 1) survival status, 2) date of death in those who died (based on information of the treating physicians), 3) mRS score at the time of the interview, 4) recurrent stroke/TIA, 5) new onset atrial fibrillation, 6) other cardiovascular events, including myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, deep venous thrombosis, peripheral arteriopathy. Researchers will compare RIPC group and control group to see if the RIPC treatment have a long-term effect in AIS patients.

This study investigates the ability of tumor budding to identify prognosis in different MMR states and different levels of tumor lymphocyte infiltration. Tumor budding is usually defined as an isolated single cancer cell or a cluster of up to four cancer cells located at the front of an infiltrating tumor.
More than 2 million patients worldwide receive heart surgery every year, majority of these surgical patients will undergo cardiopulmonary bypass. However, the incidence of postoperative acute lung injury due to cardiopulmonary bypass is still as high as 20% to 35%. According to clinical experience, the earlier lung damage is detected, the more successful the treatment will be. On the basis of traditional detection, the investigators found a new indicator, serum calpains, which are easy to obtain and have certain specificity. Importantly, they can predict postoperative acute lung injury within 1 hour after cardiac surgery. It is meaningful that this indicator can provide clinicians with early decision-making advice and immediate treatment for patients who may be at risk.
This is a single-center, open-label, fixed sequence phase I clinical study. To evaluate the effect of continuous administration of omeprazole magnesium enteric coated tablets on PK after single dose AB-106 capsule administration in Chinese healthy male subjects. This study includes a screening period (1-28 days before administration), treatment period (34 days), and follow-up period ( after the last dose completed 7 ± 3 days). The treatment period of this study was divided into two periods, and the subjects were divided into two groups, 12 subjects in the first group and 10 subjects in the second group. The treatment method and research process of each group of subjects are the same. After the first group of subjects completes the second cycle and is evaluated by the investigator and sponsor, the second group of subjects can start administration. If there are no more than 4 subjects in the first group who have vomiting gastrointestinal reaction (vomiting occurs within 8 hours after each cycle of administration) after completing the two cycles of administration of AB-106 400 mg, they can be added to the second group of subjects, and the number of added subjects shall not exceed the number of subjects who have vomiting gastrointestinal reaction. If more than 4 subjects have gastrointestinal reaction of vomiting, the investigator and sponsor will make a comprehensive evaluation, and can reduce the dosage of AB-106 to 200 mg, and 22 subjects will be included in the trial at one time or supplemented in the second group to complete the 400 mg dose group
This study investigates whether risk criteria based on MRI features could identify a cohort of patients with a good prognosis among those recommended for preoperative treatment by NCCN guidelines to avoid preoperative treatment with the likely good survival outcomes by primary surgery and more accurately indicate the response to the treatment and predict prognosis after neoadjuvant treatmen than radiographic TNM staging in the patients who received neoadjuvant therapy.
