NCT ID: NCT05604664 Completed - Esophageal Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinical Value and Efficacy Index of Lymphadenectomy for Thoracic Escc

Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this observational study is to to clarify the focus of lymph node dissection during esophagectomy.. The main question[s] it aims to answer is: - provide a basis for accurate staging and the relationship between OS and lymph node dissection

NCT ID: NCT05604651 Completed - Dry Eye Disease Clinical Trials

Comparison of Mucin Levels at the Ocular Surface of Visual Display Users With and Without Dry Eye Disease

Start date: March 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The study aimed to evaluate 1) if levels of the glycocalyx membrane mucins, including MUC1, MUC4, MUC16 and MUC20, are altered in conjunctival cells of visual display users With and Without Dry Eye Disease, and 2) if mucin levels correlate with dry eye clinical diagnostic data.

NCT ID: NCT05604456 Completed - Clinical trials for Secondary Ear Reconstructions Based on Nagata Method

Secondary Ear Reconstructions Based on Nagata Method

Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this observational study is to provide a feasible surgical strategy based on Nagata method for patients who require secondary revision surgeries and to verify its long-term aesthetic outcomes. The main question it aims to answer is: • Whether ear reconstruction surgery based on Nagata method can improve the unsatisfactory outcomes of primary reconstruction surgery? Participants who had accepted secondary ear reconstruction based on Nagata method in our department will be required to received questionnaires in the follow-up and their photographs will be collected for reconstructed ear evaluation of its realness through convolutional neural network (CNN) models we previously developed.

NCT ID: NCT05603559 Completed - Clinical trials for Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer

177Lu-P17-087/177Lu-P17-088 in Patients With Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer

Start date: January 1, 2023
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a pilot study to assess the safety and measure image-based absorbed dose of 177Lu-P17-087/177Lu-P17-088 in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who will undergo radioliagnd therapy using 177Lu-P17-087/177Lu-P17-088. All patients underwent whole-body 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT for selection and accepted intravenous injection with single dose 1.1 GBq (30 mCi) of 177Lu-P17-087/177Lu-P17-088 within one week, then monitored at 1.5 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 120 hours and 168 hours after 177Lu-P17-087/177Lu-P17-088 administration with serial whole body planar and SPECT/CT imaging.

NCT ID: NCT05602428 Completed - Clinical trials for Total Hip Arthroplasty

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Subanesthetic Dose of Esketamine Combined With Hip Capsule Peripheral Nerve Block in Elderly Patients Undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty

Start date: January 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To observe the clinical effect of esketamine combined with hip capsule peripheral nerve block in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. A total of 120 elderly patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into three groups, 40 cases in each group. The observation group A was treated with esketamine subanesthetic dose combined with hip capsule peripheral nerve block, the control group B was treated with esketamine subanesthetic dose combined with lumbar plexus block, and the control group C was treated with esketamine subanesthetic dose for general anesthesia. The onset time of anesthesia, duration of block, postoperative recovery time, postoperative extubation time, MAP and HR indexes before anesthesia (T0), during skin incision (T1), 30 minutes after the start of surgery (T2), and at the end of surgery (T3) were recorded in the three groups, and the VAS score and Ramsay score at 0.5 h, 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h after surgery, as well as the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were recorded in the three groups.

NCT ID: NCT05601310 Completed - STEMI Clinical Trials

Metabolic Characteristics of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Acute Myocardial Infarction: A Untargeted Metabolomics Study

Start date: May 23, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study is a retrospective case-control study. In this study, through untargeted metabolomics, investigators identified several specific changed serum metabolites in T2DM patients with or without AMI and their functions/category. Moreover, researchers selected several endogenous candidate biomarkers with larger fold change for validation in expanded population to find biomarkers which effectively predict the development of STEMI in patients with T2DM.

NCT ID: NCT05601076 Completed - Clinical trials for Pulmonary Wedge Resection

Small-diameter Closed Thoracic Drainage Tube Fixation Method

Start date: February 2, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Objective: To explore the design feasibility and application effect of triple-buffer-system-fixed small-diameter (18 F) thoracic closed drainage tubes following lung wedge resection. Methods: A total of 136 patients with indwelling thoracic drainage tubes following pulmonary wedge resection were recruited, with 70 patients allocated to the control group and 66 to the experimental group. The drainage tube in the experimental group was fixed with the triple-buffer system, while that in the control group was fixed using the conventional lifting platform method. The incidence of unplanned extubation, the indwelling time of the drainage tube and the time and material costs, as well as information regarding any subcutaneous emphysema and skin tension blisters, were recorded following the operation. The pain and degree of comfort were assessed using a chi-square test and a rank sum t-test to compare the differences between the two groups.
