Neo-adjuvant Transarterial Chemoinfusion (TAI) for Patients With Hepatocellular Carcinoma Beyond Milan/UCSF Criteria Who Underwent Liver Transplantation

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the second commonest cause of cancer death worldwide. Liver transplantation (LT) is the best curative treatment of HCC meeting Milan/UCSF criteria. Milan (solitary tumour <5cm, or up to 3 tumours, each <3cm) and University of California San Francisco (UCSF) criteria (solitary tumour ≤6.5cm, up to 3 tumours with none >4.5cm, and total tumour diameter ≤8cm) provide the benchmark requirements for LT, at which a 5-year survival of >70% and recurrence rate ranging from 5-15% can be achieved. Recently, FOLFOX (Oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil) based hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) exhibited high response rate for advanced HCC. Neo-adjuvant TAI for the HCC patients with beyond criteria serving as a down-staging method for the advanced HCC to meet Milan/UCSF criteria,and qualify for LT. This study is to compare the impact on survival of neo-adjuvant TAI for patients with beyond Milan/UCSF Criteria HCC who underwent LT.

Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) was considered as a heterogeneous disease with multi-organ and multi-system design, which is related to various complications, such as hypertension, obesity and arteriosclerosis. Studies have found that hypertension and obesity are respectively associated with increased arterial stiffness. However, there is still no research investigating the the relationship between blood pressure and arterial stiffness in HFpEF patients with different levels of obesity.

Pediatric and Adult Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformation Neurofunctional Outcomes

Cerebral Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are abnormal tangles which are usually believed congenital. AVM can cause different symptoms depending on where it is located, but the most common symptoms are intracranial hemorrhage and seizure. Outcomes of AVM patients can be very different due to factors like the location of lesion, age, sex etc. Generally, more early the intervention was taken, the risk of adverse events would be lower. But the selection of surgical timing for pediatric AVM patients is hard to judge, due to children's cerebral vessels angioarchitecture can be still developing with their age. Some previous studies indicated that there is no difference in intervention outcomes between pediatric and adult AVM patients, so pediatric patients should undergo more aggressive intervention. DOPA study aims to compare the clinical intervention outcomes of both pediatric and adult patients with eloquent region cerebral arteriovenous malformations, helping to determine the treatment strategy.

Anti-PD-1 Antibody in the Treatment of Patients With Malignant Melanoma of the Female Genital Tract

This is a single-center, open-label, single-arm phase II clinical study to exploratory observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of anti-PD-1 antibody (Camrelizumab for Injection) in patients with malignant melanoma of the female genital tract. Subjects were to have a safety visit 3 days prior to dosing in each treatment cycle after the study. Imaging was performed every 8 weeks to assess efficacy until radiographic progression, initiation of new antineoplastic therapy, withdrawal of consent, or subject lost to follow-up/death. After the end of treatment, an end-of-treatment visit and a post-treatment safety visit will also be performed. After the end of treatment, subjects will also be followed up for survival (every 3 months for years 1 to 2, every 4 months for years 3, every 6 months for years 4 to 5, and annually from year 6) to collect and record the survival status of subjects and subsequent anti-tumor treatment.

This is an open-labeled Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography/Computed Tomography(SPECT/CT) study to investigate the clinical value of 99mTc-MIRC208 in HER2 status measurement of cancer patients. A single dose of 14.8 MBq/kg body weight will be injected intravenously. The whole-body SPECT/CT examination will be performed 2 h post-injection and the visual and semiquantitative methods will be used to assess the SPECT/CT images.
