There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
evaluate the differences in effectiveness and safety between CMAB807( potential biosimilar) and Prolia(original product)
The overall survival (OS)of Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) has been significantly improved since the advent of Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) .Nevertheless, there still exists a amount of patients who has poor response or intolerance for TKI drugs( Imatinib, dasatinib, nilotinib). Flumatinib has been shown to be a more potent inhibitor of BCR-ABL1 tyrosine kinase than imatinib, and it aslo has better security when compared to other TKIs(Imatinib, dasatinib, nilotinib). It will be a better chioce for CML patients.
A deep learning based system to calculate the proportion of Boston Bowel Prep Scale (BBPS) score of 0-1 during withdrawal phase has been constructed previously. This multi-center study is going to perform a prospective observational study to validate the threshold of the adequate proportion.
This monocentric, prospective, observational study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of apatinib in combination with albumin binds paclitaxel and carboplatin or cisplatinum as first-line treatment for stage II-IV epithelial ovarian cancer followed by apatinib maintenance therapy in routine clinical practice. Eligible patients will be followed for approximately 20 months.
To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of tacrolimus eye drops (FK-506) in the treatment of Posner-Schlossman Syndrome. It is expected to collect 30 patients with PSS who are in the Ophthalmology Department of Peking University Third Hospital. The included PSS patients were divided into experimental group and control group using simple randomization method. Among them, the experimental group was treated with FK-506 twice a day, and the control group was treated with prednisolone acetate ophthalmic suspension 1% 4 times a day. For all PSS patients whose intraocular pressure is higher than 30mmHg, also add brinzolamide eye drops 3 times a day. Best corrected visual acuity, Goldmann intraocular pressure, anterior section photographs, corneal endothelial cells, corneal confocal microscope, Heidelberg retinal nerve analysis, Octopus visual field were examined on baseline and 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks after the treatment.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of single injection of it-hMSC in patients with ischemic stroke in a multicenter, blind, randomized, placebo controlled trial
TAPISTRY is a Phase II, global, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of targeted therapies or immunotherapy as single agents or in rational, specified combinations in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors determined to harbor specific oncogenic genomic alterations or who are tumor mutational burden (TMB)-high as identified by a validated next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay. Participants with solid tumors will be treated with a drug or drug regimen tailored to their NGS assay results at screening. Participants will be assigned to the appropriate cohort based on their genetic alteration(s). Treatment will be assigned on the basis of relevant oncogenotype, will have cohort-specific inclusion/exclusion criteria, and, unless otherwise specified, will continue until disease progression, loss of clinical benefit, unacceptable toxicity, participant or physician decision to discontinue, or death, whichever occurs first.
The aim of this study was to explore the efficacy and safety of adriamycin and ifosfamide combined with sintilimab versus chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced or unresectable soft tissue sarcoma.
The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of CAV/IE chemotherapy combined with toripalimab versus CAV/IE chemotherapy alone in the treatment of patients with advanced or unresectable bone and soft tissue sarcomas who failed in standard treatment.
This is a prospective Phase II multi-center study with an upfront 16-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled period, and extension periods, to assess the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of alpelisib in pediatric and adult participants with PIK3CA-related overgrowth spectrum (PROS).
