This is a prospective, open-label, single-center clinical trial. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of anti-CD7 CAR-T cells in the treatment of relapsed or refractory CD7 positive T-ALL/LBL, T-NHL and AML. The primary endpoints are dose limiting toxicity (DLT) and the incidence of treatment emergent adverse event (TEAE).

Efficacy and Safety of Rapamycin to Complex Vascular Anomalies in Pediatric Patients

KHE and TA are rare tumors and some of the cases may lead to life-threatening complications including Kasabach-Merritt Phenomenon. Typically treated with steroids and vincristine, a majority of the cases do not have good prognosis. Complex vascular malformations are always managed by surgery,sclerotherapy and embolization therapy. While many of the cases still lead to complications such as disfigurement, chronic pain, recurrent infections, coagulopathies. Different medical centers are exploring new therapy for these tough problems. This study is plotted to determine the efficacy and safety of rapamycin monotherapy in KHE/TA and complex vascular malformations in pediatric patients.

This is an open-label positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) study to investigate the clinical predictive value of 68Ga-ICAM-1pep in metastatic cancer patients receiving radiotherapy. A single dose of 2.96 MBq/kg body weight of 68Ga-ICAM-1pep will be injected intravenously. The visual and semiquantitative methods will be used to assess the PET/CT images.

18F-FMPP PET MPI in the Detection of Coronary Artery Disease

18F-FMPP is a novel PET myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) tracer which targets to mitochondria complex I (MC-I). Preclinical animal studies have shown that its uptake is highly uniform and long in the heart and rather low in the liver. It may be a promising tracer for myocardial perfusion imaging. In addition, as a myocardial PET tracer, it is capable of quantifying absolute myocardial blood flow. Thus this prospective and open-label study is going to evaluate the diagnosis performance of 18F-FMPP PET MPI in suspected or known CAD patients who will be referred for invasive coronary angiography (ICA).
