There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Conductive keratoplasty (CK) had shown to be a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of low to moderate hypeopia. It had been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat presbyope in early 2004. CK appeals to both surgeons and patients as it avoids the need for flap creation, the use of high intraocular pressure (IOP), or tissue ablation. It utilizes "blended vision" rather than the true monovision used with laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK), which patients tolerate more readily. There is very little reported research about the induction of wavefront aberration by CK. The symptomatology of high order aberrations (HOA) and the way individual Zernike functions were correlated with visual acuity, contrast sensitivity, visual symptoms. This study measured the HOA created by surgically induced myopic shift via CK and LASIK in an effort to better understand the phenomena of regression, multifocality, pseudo-accommodation and monovision.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of Camrelizumab combined with paclitaxel (albumin binding type) and S-1 for first-line treatment of advanced gastric cancer, and to further explore the curative effect of PD - L1 expression in tumor tissue, EBV virus content, microsatellite instability (MSI), DNA mismatch repair (MMR), tumor mutation load (TMB), lymphocyte subgroup and cytokines.
Patients with coronary artery disease, especially after PCI, require long-term oral antiplatelet therapy. However, this patient population may inevitably require non-cardiac surgery for a variety of conditions. In order to avoid the occurrence of bleeding events, oral antiplatelet agents are usually discontinued before non-cardiac surgery in patients with coronary artery disease, which may increase the incidence of ischemic events. Therefore, it is important to provide patients with the optimal perioperative antithrombotic treatment to balance the risk of bleeding and ischemia.
Proof-of concept clinical trials have indicated that the sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor modulator fingolimod may be efficacious in attenuating brain inflammation and improving clinical outcomes in patients with AIS as a single therapy beyond 4.5 hours of disease onset, or in combination with alteplase within 4.5 hours of disease onset. So in this study the investigators try to determine whether the addition of fingolimod, administered within 24 hours after the onset of symptoms in patients receiving alteplase bridging with mechanical thrombectomy, improves radiologic and clinical outcomes.
Anlotinib is a novel multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) for tumor angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation. The efficacy of Anlotinib as a third-line or beyond therapy for SCLC was confirmed in the ALTER1202 trial. The aim of this trial was to investigate the prognostic value of Anlotinib plus platinum-etoposide in first-line treatment of extensive-stage SCLC patients.
This study is a prospective, multicenter, real world, observational study intended to understand the impact of tibial run off on clinical outcome of endovascular therapy in Femoropopliteal lesions. It is estimated that 1200 patients with chronic femoral popliteal artery occlusion were enrolled in the group at 8 centers nationwide from January 2021 to December 2022. Two groups would be divided according to whether or not the tibial run off intervened for reconstruction. The intervention group and the non-intervention group. The intervention group would be evaluated Run-off score again after the tibial run off reconstructed. The the Society for Vascular Surgery(SVS) run-off score would be used for the score of the tibial run off. The total score of the tibial run off would be 19 points, 1 point indicating healthy run off. According to the quality of the run off, the preoperative patients would be divided into 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, and >15 points. The follow-up would be conducted at 1, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after the operation. As it is a real world study, there is no determined end point. The main indicators would be observed including the reintervention rate driven by lesions' clinical symptoms, the rate of primary patency of the femoral popliteal artery, the improvement of quality of life score and rutherford grading.
This is a study to evaluate the effect of high-fat meal on the pharmacokinetics of TQ-B3139 capsules in patients with solid tumor
The ELEGANCE Registry's objective is to collect Real-World Data (RWD), including populations previously not represented in Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) trials, health economics data, and to support the safe use of commercially available Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC) drug-eluting devices for the treatment of lesions located in the peripheral vasculature.
Aim:Evaluate the efficiency and safety of anti-PD1 antibody (Camrelizumab) combined with Paclitaxel(Albumin Bound) and Gemcitabine as first-line therapy in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer. Drug information: - anti-PD1 antibody (Camrelizumab) - AG regimens:the standard first-line regimens for metastatic pancreatic cancer.
To evaluate the safety, dosimetry and efficacy of 99mTc/188Re labeled anti-HER2-single domain antibody (Product Code Name: 99mTc-NM-02 and 188Re-NM-02) SPECT/CT imaging of HER2 expression and radionuclide therapy in Breast Cancer. The SPECT/CT results will compare with the existing gold standard " HER2 expression detection" by biopsy tissue immunohistochemistry (IHC) and/or Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) method, and 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging. It also to establish a new theranostic method for non-invasive HER2 expression detection and radionuclide therapy in breast cancer using 99mTc/188Re labeled anti-HER2 single domain antibody.
