There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The average annual incidence of Myasthenia gravis is up to (8.0-20.0) / 100,000 people. Myasthenia gravis is an acquired autoimmune disease. All skeletal muscles of patients may be involved. When ocular muscles are involved, ptosis, diplopia and other symptoms may occur. When the laryngopharyngeal muscles are involved, the patient may develop dysarthria, dysphagia and other symptoms. However, when the respiratory muscles are involved, patients will have difficulty in breathing, and some patients may develope myasthenia crisis, and artificial assisted respiratory therapy is often needed. This study is a prospective observational study, in which patients are continuously enrolled, basic information of patients is collected, and biological samples are collected. The purpose of this study is to improve the diagnosis and prognosis of myasthenia gravis patients.
This is a Phase Ib/II, open-label, multi-center study evaluating the safety, tolerability, efficacy, and PK/ Pharmacodynamics of APG2575 monotherapy or in combination with lenalidomide (R) and dexamethasone (d) in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM). The primary objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability, identify dose-limiting toxicities (DLT), the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended dose (RP2D) of APG-2575 monotherapy or in combination with Rd in Chinese R/R MM patients.
Prospective, single center, single-arm, open label, interventional study evaluating adoptive cell therapy (ACT) with autologous tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) infusion followed by IL-2 after a non-myeloablative (NMA) lymphodepletion preparative regimen for the treatment of patients with recurrent, metastatic cervical carcinoma.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sorafenib maintenance after allo-HSCT in FLT3-negative acute leukemia patients.
The primary objective of this study is to determine the effect of food in healthy participants on the bioavailability of Hemay022 following single dose administration with and without a meal.
This study was designed as a single-center, open, non-randomized trial.
Mother to Child transmission is the main route of hepatitis B virus (HBV) transmission in China, attributing to over 50% HBV infection. Familial aggregation in HBV infection is well recognized with underlying stipulations like mother-to-child transmission(MTCT), susceptible genes, close contact and other factors. Not surprisingly, a large proportion of hepatitis B virus infected population in China have a family history of hepatitis B virus infection. In clinical practice those family members usually undergo merely hepatitis B virus serology tests without HBV DNA test, which ruled out false HBsAg (-) or Occult HBV Infection (OBI) from Screening and linkage to care (SLTC). Unfortunately, the missed-out OBI in CHB family members was of a greater prevalence compared to those from general population (8.0% vs. 2.6%) . Moreover, OBI has been well recognized as strong risk factor in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) development with significant HBV DNA integration into host genome . In light of the latest 2019 China CHB guidelines, treatment criteria covered subjects with family history of CHB related cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Therefore, subjects of HBsAg (+) with normal alanine aminotransferase(ALT) or OBI are eligible for further consideration of HBV anti-viral treatment. This study proposed will explore the prevalence of OBI in subjects with family history of HBV related cirrhosis or HCC. The screened HBsAg (+) with normal alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and OBI subjects would be linked to anti-viral therapies.
PACIFIC-PUMCH-R is an ambispective cohort study that will enroll approximately 100 patients with lung cancer who have received at least one dose of durvalumab between July 2020 and July 2021. Patient selection and data collection will be from Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Cohort 1 will include patients with unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer (according to the Staging Manual in Thoracic Oncology, version 7, of the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer) who did not have disease progression after concurrent chemoradiotherapy. The primary objective of Cohort 1 is to assess the effectiveness of durvalumab in a real-life setting by evaluating PFS and OS in Chinese patients. Cohort 2 will enroll patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed NSCLC or SCLC who have received chemotherapy/radiotherapy at the physician's discretion. And this Cohort aimed to assess the safety of durvalumab for the treatment of lung cancer in clinical practice.
Total mesorectal resection (TME) is the standard surgical method for locally advanced rectal cancer, which significantly reduces the local recurrence rate. However, the incidence of urogenital dysfunction is higher. Studies found that Denonvilliers' Fascia contains autonomic nerves that may regulate urogenital function, while traditional TME surgery resects part of it. Recent Studies found that complete preservation of Denonvilliers' Fascia could improve urogenital in selected patients with rectal cancer. Locally advanced patient (T3-4 and/or N+, M0) accounts for a high proportion of mid-low rectal cancer. However, whether these patients can benefit from it has not fully been demonstrated. This project conducts a multi-center randomized controlled study to evaluate the effects of complete preservation and partial preservation of Denonvilliers' Fascia on postoperative urogenital function of locally advanced non-anterior mid-low rectal cancer.
Tumor-specific antigens can be induced by demethylation drugs. Antigen-targeting DC-CTL cells supposed to eliminate cancer cells efficiently and specifically. In this study investigators co-culture DCs cells with peptides derived from tumor specific antigen to generate antigen-specific DC-CTLs (Ag-CTL). Following treatment with demethylation drugs, Ag-CTL will be used to eliminate tumor cells. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ag-CTL combined with demethylation drugs.
