This study aims to collect the voice output of depression patients and healthy subjects, extract the acoustic and semantic parameters, compare the similarities and differences between the depression group and the healthy control group horizontally, and track the depression patients' changes in the rehabilitation stage to construct a voice-based early warning model of depression recurrence. And construct the facial recognition function through the convolutional neural network, extract the facial parameters to enrich the intelligent monitoring and early warning technology. 1. Open-label Study of Neuraminidase Inhibitor Treatment in STEMI Patients

Neuraminidase-1 can cause the removal of terminal sialic acid residues from the cell surface or serum sialyloconjugates. The level of Neu5Ac was positively related to the activity of neuraminidase-1. Elevation of Neu5Ac was observed in myocardial ischemia animal model, as well as patients with coronary artery disease. It is interesting to note that Neu5Ac and its regulatory enzyme neuraminidase-1 seem to play a key role in triggering myocardial ischemic injury. Oseltamivir, a structural mimic of sialic acid, was widely used as anti-influenza drug. It suppressed neuraminidase-1 activity in the heart. Targeting neuraminidase-1 may represent a new therapeutic intervention for coronary artery disease. This project seeks to identify whether neuraminidase inhibitor (Oseltamivir) treatment could decrease the myocardial infarct size in STEMI patients and improve clinical outcomes.

Internet-Based Interventions for MDD

The acute and remission depression patients of 18-65 years old were recruited. At the time of enrollment, the demographic, symptomatic, neuropsychological and medication adherence data was collected. After the completion of the baseline assessment and examination, the patients were given antidepressant treatment or antidepressant treatment combined with Internet-based interventions. Clinical evaluation was performed at 1, 3 months (acute patients) and 6, 12 months (remission patients) after treatment, including the medication adherence, therapeutic efficacy, recurrence rate and functional rehabilitation. Through above work, this research is expected to provide clinicians with a set of Internet generalized technologies to improve the compliance and clinical outcomes of patients with depression, and to provide patients with treatment and management of the entire disease cycle.

The Effect of ePRO on Quality of Life and Prognosis of Patients With Unresectable Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Bevacizumab combined with fluorouracil-based chemotherapy is the first-line standard treatment for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). However, some research show that the long-term survival benefit of patients in real world data is inferior to clinical trial. The reason may be related to the difference in follow-up strategy of patients in the real world. Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs) are a kind of outcome indicators that directly measure and evaluate the disease and its consequences based on how the patient feels about his own health. In advanced cancer, quality of life (QoL) is a major treatment goal. And the electronic patient report outcome (ePRO) has become an effective method to capture the symptoms of patients, which can improve the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients. In order to observe whether ePRO can bring clinical benefits to patients with metastatic colorectal cancer, this study aimed to compare the effects of ePRO and routine follow-up on the quality of life and prognosis of patients with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer who received first-line bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy. This is an open label, multicenter, randomized controlled prospective study of first-line bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with unretractable metastatic colorectal cancer.The aim of this study was to assess the impact of ePRO on quality of life and survival outcomes compared with routine follow-up.The study intends to start in February 2021 and end in June 2024.Patients were recruited for 12 months and followed up for 24 months.The study included a screening period (28 days before first-line treatment to 1 day before treatment) and an observation period (from the beginning of treatment to the end of the study).Day 1 (baseline) was defined as the first day of first-line bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy.About 338 patients will be enrolled in the study in China, and enrolled patients will be randomly assigned to one of the following two groups in a 1:1 ratio.

Increased Peri-implant Keratinized Mucosal Thickness at Different Operative Times

Keratinized mucosa, which is composed of free gingiva and attached gingiva, is a barrier against bacterial invasion in oral cavity and provides good tissue sealing for periodontal environment. When the keratinized mucosa is insufficient, it is difficult to maintain the long-term stability of the implant, which is not conducive to the peri-implant health. It is generally believed that enough keratinized mucosa width is beneficial to reduce plaque accumulation and reduce the incidence rate of peri-implant diseases. In recent years, clinicians have gradually recognized that the thickness of keratinized mucosa plays an important role in maintaining the peri-implant health. Some researchers found that the thickness of mucosa is very important to maintain the aesthetic effect of implant restoration, and when the thickness of mucosa around the implant is less than 2mm, alveolar bone absorption will occur to maintain a stable biological width. A meta-analysis showed that when the thickness of the keratinized mucosa around the implant was greater than 2mm, the amount of marginal bone loss was significantly reduced (- 0.8mm, P < 0.0001). It is considered that autogenous soft tissue graft is the most reliable technology to augment keratinized mucosa. Subepithelial connective tissue graft (SCTG) is a mucogingival surgery that transplant autologous free connective tissue under the pedicled semi thick flap to augment keratinized mucosa. It can effectively increase the thickness of soft tissue, cover the exposed implant, and reconstruct the interdental papilla. It is the gold standard for peri-implant soft tissue agumentation. Keratinized mucosal thickening surgery may be done prior to the surgical phase, after the surgical phase, before loading, or even after loading. It is believed that keratinized mucosal thickening at the same time of implantation can effectively reduce the possibility of mucosal recession after implantation, reduce the amount of marginal bone absorption in the process of osseointegration, which is conducive to maintaining the long-term stability of the implant. For the sake of clear clinical vision and convenient operation, clinicians often choose to thicken the keratinized mucosa during the secondary operation, and also obtain good postoperative effect. However, after the completion of the final repair, the keratinized mucosa thickening surgery increases the difficulty of operation and the technical requirements for the operator. In clinical practice, it is rarely selected to perform keratinized mucosal thickening at this time. At present, the effectiveness of timing on the outcome of soft tissue augmentation is still debated, and, most importantly, a direct comparison between simultaneous and staged procedures remains underexplored. Therefore, this clinical trial is to prospectively compare the clinical efficacy of simultaneous versus delayed timing of soft tissue augmentation by SCTG placement around single implants, by evaluating the peri-implant marginal bone level change and soft tissue change, so as to provide reference for the formulation of clinical treatment plan and the selection of the best operation time.
