There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study was aimed to investigate the clinical characteristics, management and prognosis of patients developing intraoperative cardiac arrest during transcatheter aortic valve implantation
A randomized trial showed that sorafenib plus hepatic artery infusion of 85mg/m² oxaliplatin, leucovorin and fluorouracil is more effective than sorafenib in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. However, a retrospective study showed that hepatic artery infusion of 130 mg/m² oxaliplatin, leucovorin and fluorouracil is more effective than sorafenib in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. It is unknown which oxaliplatin dose is better.
Preoperative chemotherapy is often used for patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis (CLM). Many small CLMs (<=2cm) may disappear after chemotherapy, while most of these are still alive. Ultrasonography (US) is a common imaging modality for the intraoperative detection tumor. Sonazoid is new echo-contrast agent, which is more stable and sensitive for detecting of small tumor. Investigators initially this prospective study to compare the detection performance before and after using sonazoid.
Acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) is a potentially fatal complication after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), particularly for that with a HLA-mismatched donor. Abatacept has been demonstrated as a potent drug to reduce the risk of aGVHD, but the efficacy of subcutaneous form has yet been investigated. This trial is designed to preliminarily determin the efficacy and saftey of subcutaneous abatacept in the prevention of aGVHD after haplo-identical HCT.
This is a nationwide, multicenter, open-label, randomized controlled trial of early minimally invasive treatment for deep-seated spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage (dICH). The study consists of 2 steps: the first step is to conduct a dose climbing test to determine the the safety and optimal dose of urokinase intra-hematoma irrigation after stereotactic aspiration; the second step is to validate whether stereotactic aspiration plus urokinase irrigation (the optimal dose determined in step one) is superior to conservative treatment in improving long-term outcomes (1 year) in early (within 24h) dICH patients.
This is a Phase 1/2a, first-in-human, open-label study of JAB-8263, this study has two parts: solid tumor dose escalation and expansion study and hematology tumor dose escalation and expansion study. These two parts will determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and assess the DLT of JAB-8263 in treatment with patients with advanced solid tumors and hematology tumors separately. 30 subjects each will be enrolled.
This study aims to develop a wearable electrocardiograph monitoring device and smartphone application in perioperative pain management, also to evaluate relationship between postoperative pain and heart rate variability.
This study aims to (1) investigate the internal microstructure of patent foramen ovale related to cryptogenic stroke, transient ischemic attack or migraine and determine the effectiveness of transcatheter closure in these patients; (2) evaluate the microstructural features of asymptomatic patients with PFO and make a follow-up;(3) perform an untargeted metabolomics analysis using plasma samples from right atrium and left atrium and shunt provocative test was conducted.
This study aimed to compare the efficacy of punctured electrocoagulation and sclerotherapy in the treatment of incompetent perforator veins.
Recently, there is growing interest in the application of three-dimensional (3D) printed bolus to radiotherapy. At present, the researches on the application of 3D-printed bolus in breast cancer are mainly focused on air gap between skin and bolus or electron beam conformal therapy [7,15], there are no clinical experience with customized 3D-printed bolus for volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) in daily practice has been published up to now. We aim to evaluate dosimetry and application of 3D-printed bolus for the post-mastectomy radiotherapy (PMRT) with Volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT). Seventy five patients with breast cancer receiving radiotherapy following post-mastectomy in our department were randomly selected in this study. The accuracy of fit of the 3D-Printed bolus to the chest wall was improved significantly relative to conventional bolus. This study demonstrates customized 3D-printed bolus in post-mastectomy radiation therapy improves fit of the bolus compared to conventional bolus. Furthermore, VMAT based on 3D-printed bolus significantly improves the chest wall target coverage and the conformity of plan, and reduces the dose of ipsilateral lung and heart, compared to conventional bolus.
