The purpose of this study was to evaluate the long-term immune responses to the Herpes Zoster subunit (HZ/su) vaccine as well as safety up to 7 years after the 2-dose primary vaccination course from study ZOSTER-041 (NCT02058589). This study also assessed immune responses as well as safety after revaccination with 2 additional doses of the HZ/su administered at 6 to 8 years after the 2-dose primary vaccination course.

This study will focus on the feasibility of a modified cognitive behavioral program for pain management among children and youth with cerebral palsy (CP) on developing pain coping skills and reducing pain interference levels The study design is a randomized control feasibility trial. Participants will be placed randomly into one of two groups based on chance (50/50). The 2 groups are: (1) immediate treatment group and (2) delayed wait-list treatment group. Both groups will receive the same intervention protocol.

Far too many kids and families live in dread over the weekly nausea and vomiting caused by methotrexate - a medicine that controls joint swelling in Juvenile Arthritis patients. If methotrexate is not tolerated, expensive alternative biological medications may be started. This registry-based pragmatic randomized controlled trial will evaluate if routine premedication with the anti-emetic drug Ondansetron, reduces nausea and vomiting and increases the proportion of children able to continue methotrexate. By preventing nausea before it starts, the investigators hope to give kids and families a better quality of life and see a more cost-effective use of medication.

This protocol includes 2 standalone studies with randomization, data collection, analysis and reporting conducted independently. The main objectives of this protocol are: - To evaluate the efficacy of upadacitinib compared with placebo on reduction of signs and symptoms in adults with active axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) including biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug inadequate responders (bDMARD-IR) ankylosing spondylitis (AS) (Study 1) and non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA) (Study 2). - To assess the safety and tolerability of upadacitinib in adults with active axSpA including bDMARD-IR AS (Study 1) and nr-axSpA (Study 2). - To evaluate the safety and tolerability of upadacitinib in extended treatment in adult participants with active axSpA including bDMARD-IR AS who have completed the Double-Blind Period (Study 1) and nr-axSpA who have completed the Double-Blind Period (Study 2). - To evaluate the maintenance of disease control after withdrawal of upadacitinib.

The investigators will determine the maximum tolerable dose of sildenafil and establish the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profile of sildenafil in human asphyxiated neonates treated with hypothermia. They will use a 3+3 design to escalate the sildenafil dose up to 6 mg/kg/day (3mg/kg/dose q12h) in asphyxiated neonates demonstrating brain injury despite hypothermia treatment and assess whether we observe any beneficial effects of sildenafil on their brain and cardiopulmonary hemodynamics, without causing serious adverse events
